If you want Sh*tty Window tint this is place for you…read more Don't get me wrong the person who guided me through the service was very respectable, he had excellent service and mannerism. But the person who did the actual tint didn't do it up to par. I don't like causing problems but when it's about things that I'm paying for , it's serious. I did not receive quality service or the service I asked for and I provided evidence. In the Agreement for tinting it never said no refunds, and I have the receipt. When I First got the window tinted he said it looks foggy and it will clear up, I waited a couple days and it looked horrible still. I asked if I can come in to redo them or I would want my money back and then he said he can't refund but he'll try to do it again, and it's not his fault if tint doesn't come out perfect, so then I said I'll wash the car or anything to make sure we get the best results. I showed up the next day and my appointment got cancelled 3 mins before my appointment at 8 am and it was very unprofessional. I came in the next day and wasn't greeted or anything, I felt rude energy and God knows I'm a man of good and don't let people energy affect me. When my tinting was redone he didn't show me the work, he just gave me the key and told me the car was outside and basically blocked me out from checking the vehicle and saying another complaint. So this time instead of going to them I took it to Capital One because that is unfair. Now I Have to pay someone else to redo them and remove the tint they installed because It was cheap quality. They even tried to reach out personally and kept calling my phone unprofessionally when they needed to call through the company phone number. They took my phone number from signed paper work and used it and that is illegal.

Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. I love seeing the younger generation building a great and much needed business like this in Charlotte.

I was told that my front brakes were at 1% and that I would eventually need to also have my back brakes fixed. So, I got the front brakes fixed, but when I picked up my car, I still heard a disturbing noise. I called Jake at Super Eagle and shared the concern. Jake responded appropriately and said to bring the car back. The sound became worse over the weekend. When I took it back, I did not get the same type of service as before -no text messages sharing the status of my car and no calls with updates. We called three times and only got voicemail. Upon finally hearing from them, I was told that my back brakes/pads were basically gone - metal on metal, and they couldn't/didn't even try to drive it to hear the sound. It is unacceptable that one week later, my car was worse. Hubby and I have concluded that they replaced the wrong brakes the first time. This mistake, the absence of updates, and the subpar level of service were extremely disappointing. Full disclosure - after expressing our displeasure, we were given a discount of maybe 15-20% Unfortunately, my initial excitement of finding a new shop for my Volvo is gone. I'll keep searching for a consistently dependable shop.

Somehow it took them an hour, even though I was the only one there. Then they told me I failed the inspection because all my tires are bad and I shouldn't be driving on them. They also said my suspension was about to break. They added, "Since you're already here, we can fix it for you," and quoted me around $2k. I left, went down the road, and got another inspection. It took just 12 minutes and I passed. They said my tires look basically new and there was nothing wrong with my suspension.
