I scheduled a private showing for the car I inquired about and did a long test drive with my sales guy, James, in which I brought my family of 4 and he made us feel comfortable the entire time. The sales process was very smooth and all done within an hour or two. No back and forth or long drawn out paperwork/pitches you get at a regular car dealership. The car is gorgeous and was priced very competitively. Even after the sale, they have been extremely responsive with phone calls and emails with questions we had about the car. But not with Jimmy. He isn't your average overly aggressive or sleazy snake oil salesman, that gives a bad name to many dealerships ..you know - the one breathing on your neck and pushing you to buy the car. Jimmy was very nice, relaxed and patient, allowing me to talk and ask questions. He answered any questions about the car, educated me on things I didn't know - what to look for in an used car and then left me to look at the vehicle and take photos. Eventually we went test driving without any pressure and rushing. He not only had a great price tag on the car I liked, but was very honest about the fees and there was nothing "extra" hidden in a small text. And since I am moving out of state in a few days, Jimmy advised me on the out-of-state transferring process, thus saving me bunch of money on the registration of the car. He is a very down-to-earth, honest, hardworking fellow, owning a small business and who works very hard (..including his son Cory) to keep a great name for himself and he's know for his honesty and great priced vehicles. I would buy more cars from Jimmy in the future, but I am sure the car I got from him is in such a great shape, that I probably won't see him for a long time.

I discovered a small dent on my car that occurred while it was parked. I went to Shalom auto body for a repair estimate. The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.
