Huge shoutout to Mike as well as Timmer and Randy for making my two year service an amazing experience. There were a few reasons - some in porsche tampa's control, some not - that led to a mediocre experience last year that left me filled with some anxiety for my two year service. I went ahead and scheduled my service online and was planning on making the drive from Clearwater to Tampa and back the same day. I won't go into too many details, but from the first call I had with Mike, he did everything in his power to help make this the most stress-free experience possible for me (and he totally succeeded). I've been quite stressed out recently with work and he caught me at a bad time, but he did have to share additional details about my service a couple of days before. Basically since there was also a recall on my car, it wasn't going to be just a single day service. Just thinking about having to make the trip from clearwater out there twice hurt my head. No problem! They'll have someone drive out the loaner to where I live, get my car for me and drop it back off. I didn't even realize this was an option but what a lifesaver that was - I didn't even need to take time off from work for this! Mike also made sure one of the issues from my service last year, an issue that's been bothering me since then, was resolved - I am so appreciative of that. Timmer made sure I was good with my loaner before he drove off with my cayman and Randy ended up catching me mid-meeting at my office when he returned my car, but thanks to tracking, I was able to meet him outside right as he was pulling up with a less than four minute hand-off. Couldn't have asked for a more seamless drop off and pick up experience. Seriously, this was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you guys!!! read more

I have been working with him now for the last few months on maintenance, brakes and other items my Porsche needed. He's one of the best in the business and really acknowledges the needs of each and every one of his clients. I've never had a service advisor always accommodate to my immediate needs like Adrian does. He really does provide exceptional customer service and does provide logical reasoning proving on all of my Porsche maintenance needs. Whenever you need any service done on your Porsche vehicle. I have worked in retail for many years and the people in the parts department are the unfriendliness people I have ever met. I have been a lifetime owner of Porsche and have lived in many cities and services my vehicle in multiple locations and never encountered the level of unprofessionalism like I did at the Tampa Porsche location. The parts associates where eating lunch on the customer counter ignoring customers. A red hair counter employee acted as if he was God. It's sad to see how poorly trained employees damage a well recognized brand. I recently moved into the area and pray I don't need to use my CPO warranty. I'm willing to drive an extra 50 miles if needed to hopefully get better service. I hope someone with authority or who cares reads this review and takes action. Very sad! read more

Always a good experience. My sales adviser left because of the management when Morgan took over. It was downhill from there. This is my first experience with the Morgan Auto group who owns Porsche Tampa. My service advisor, Luke, greeted me by saying "Are you my 8am appointment.". No introduction of himself was offered. When I explained the problem with my 2017 Macan is that the Auto Start/Stop was deactivated after I changed the battery, and told him I do not use the start/stop...he asked why I would want it fixed. I further explained that it also controls the backup camera, he then got confused and said he never heard that. He then told me it would be $416 just to look at the car, I also asked about them cleaning out the sunroof drains and he said he would get me a price. I explained that there was a class action lawsuit on this and the result was that the dealer was to offer a once a year cleaning for free. This was all news to him and I had to show him the article online before he would talk to his manager about it. I had them inspect a 2020 911 CS I was looking to buy. Cost $1,000. It was expensive, but it was a $130k car, and they looked at these cars all day. Surely they would do a good job? They came back with a glowing PPI. Based on this, I bought the car and had it shipped to my home in California. About 30 minutes after it came off the truck I started to look more closely at the car and quickly saw major issues. It was clear the car had been in an unreported accident. Keep in mind I have no training here and I'm not a car guy. See the images below. I took it to Porsche Newport, and one of the guys said literally, "A child would have seen this," and couldn't believe that this had been inspected by a Porsche dealer. I sent Tampa Porsche the pics and they quickly refunded my money, and said "someone should have seen this"...... Ya, but I paid full price for a car that's worth 20-30% less. Fortunately I was able to send the car back to the original seller for a full refund, but I was still out $3,200. I asked Porsche Tampa to pay for this since it was so obvious and these signs should have instantly picked up. It took a few weeks of badgering to even get the manager at Porsche Tampa to call me back. They tried telling me they only did a mechanical inspection, yet the PPI has a whole section to identify evidence of prior accidents/repairs which they checked off. He even tried gaslighting, telling me that the section of the PPI asking "Does this vehicle have signs of previous collision damage/repairs" meant "is the car damaged?". The conversation ended with him basically told me to go pound sand. Are these the types of people you want to do buisness with? If this is the kind of work you want to rely on? Go somewhere else if you're looking for a CPO vehicle or taking a car to them for an inspection. This is short-term thinking and awful awful service. If you're okay with dishonesty and being misled, this is the place for you! I'm an out-of-state buyer and spent 3 days working a deal over the phone. At the very end, the salesperson told me the deal was off because I wouldn't finance through them -- claiming it's their "policy" for out-of-state buyers. I called the dealership to confirm, and was told directly by someone else that this is not the case, and out-of-state buyers can use their own bank, wire, or cashier's check. I also confirmed with a former sales manager I know personally (from my own experience in car sales) that no such policy exists -- it's just a tactic managers use if they don't like a deal because they're not making what they want on the finance side. I was also told there's "enough local interest". I guess since I wouldn't let them increase their profits with a marked-up loan I was no longer a valued customer. Pretty shocking considering they only discounted the car by $500, meaning they were still getting almost full list price for it. To be dismissed as a ready, serious buyer -- and then told completely conflicting information depending on who I talked to -- is unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

11/10 Experience with Porsche Tampa, and a huge thank you to Eric Kozuh! I had been looking to trade in my vehicle for a 4x4 SUV for quite some time. We stumbled upon a gently used Lexus GX460 located here. We live about 3.5 hours away in Amelia Island, but the pricing on this flawless vehicle was too hard to pass and well worth the drive. Upon first communication, Eric quickly met and exceeded our expectations as (long distance) buyers. He cut straight to the point in negotiating final numbers, had my trade in value secured, and even stood in the rain to give us a virtual tour of the vehicle to go over every single inch of the car before making the drive. I was able to place a (refundable deposit) on the car, and received a soft copy of the bill of sale/trade in before heading to Tampa. When I arrived in Tampa, the vehicle was detailed, gassed, and ready to go. Eric and Ed (finance) had everything in order. There were zero surprises on the dealership's end, very smooth transaction, all numbers were as promised. Buying a used vehicle (and a non-Porsche), I felt the team treated me with just as much respect and enthusiasm as someone spending 3-4x. Buyers beware- If you want to be treated like fool, this is your dealership. We dealt with Michael in sales who we loved and walked out of there knowing we were buying a car from him. We were just waiting on the trade in offer, which for some reason wasn't given to us after evaluating the car that night.. This was likely due to the fact that they closed at 7pm despite the fact that we were told by Jessica in writing the dealership was open to 8pm. So at 6:55pm the other reps working started turning all the lights off, making it very uncomfortable for us. We left knowing we could finalize the trade the following day and loved Michael so we were willing to look past the lack of professionalism of the remaining staff members. We received the next day a ballpark number for our trade. I have purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and never received a ball park for our trade. I don't have rose colored glasses when it comes to the value of our car, but cars are trading for 50-60% more than we were offered. Michael arranged for the manager to call to discuss the trade in number at 6:30, but no call ever came. Before shipping, they were able to confirm that the fluid was not the correct one by cross-checking with my VIN and called to notify me about the issue. We confirmed that I ordered the wrong one and they cancelled the order promptly. Took my car in Friday July 26th to Adrian and Joe in service to take a look at the leather to see if Porsche would cover the replacement of what I thought was premature wear as car is a 2024 Cayman S obtained March from another dealership new. Regardless of dealership purchased at was trying to get Porsche to cover it and dealership would be reimbursed. I was suppose to hear back in a week that time came and passed then they said the following week I would hear back and you guessed it that passed and gave a call today 8/12 and left a message saying please let me know either way. Communication style from service department is awful. From this taste in my mouth about communication style and them never getting back to me as two plus weeks is certainly enough if Porsche would cover I will never take my car into service for my car and will opt to use either Porsche Clearwater or Sarasota. Not only have they lost the ability to service my car for normal maintenances they have also in-turn lost any future car sales as shows their lack of caring for customers and following up. Please use another dealer if you want your Porsche serviced if you value your time as had to travel a decent distance to have them look at it and take pictures and send to Porsche. A bit of communication goes a long ways and a lack of communications or follow-up also says a lot regardless of outcome. read more

The absolute WORSE experience of my life... took 2 months for them to transfer my tag, I never received my paperwork - they "forgot", the car had a SIM issue when I bought it with squeaky breaks and I was told just bring it back tomorrow and we will have maintenance fix it... took them 2 whole months to actually get me in to maintenance, theyve had my car for 2 weeks and nothing was fixed... realized my car had a bad computer and will be another month to fix. As far as the breaks, the model doesnt have replacement...Like, what? do NOT buy a car from this location, they are scamming people and selling bad cars. read more

Bait and switch? Three visits to buy a used Porsche that I saw on the internet. All three times, the car I wished to test drive had a sudden issue. First one had some sort of emissions recall or something, I figured, ok no problem, call me when I can drive it" Never got a call back. Still looking for a used Porsche, I found another one online and wanted to test drive that one. Made arrangements like the first one, met the sales man at the same and was ready to go only to be told that " oh this car can;t be test driven due to some crap ( I forgot what the reason was this time). I walked away in disgust. THEN- one more car appeared on my search. I was excited until I saw that it was Porsche of Tampa. I thought to myself, screw these guys, that car probably doesn't exist or has some BS problem. I thought this would be a good time to see if they really are full of crap. And, lo and behold, it happened again. SO, every time I have gone there, I get a BS excuse for the car I was there to drive. The salesman showed me others cars ( too expensive) in an attemot to get me to buy that one. If I could give no stars I would. AWFUL customer service. I was car shopping with a friend and suggested a Porsche. My friend ended up buying a vehicle and I ordered a vehicle to be built. My friend was treated so poorly and every time she called she never got a call back or any of her concerns addressed. Once she shared her experience I wanted to cancel my build. The manager Jose reached out numerous times and asked that I give them a chance to make it right and that he is the new manager now and things will change. He even offered I test drive the vehicle I was building for 2 days to see if I like it, which of course I would LOVE it. Once the vehicle was purchased, they could care less if any of our concerns were addressed about the vehicle-- exactly like my friend had warned me. My husband had called several times to speak to a manager and it took 2 weeks for him to finally get a call back and Jose (manager) was rude and obnoxious, constantly talking over my husband and dismissing our concerns. I bought my CPO Cayenne Turbo from an independent luxury dealer in Indianapolis but was pretty happy when Carfax revealed that the CTT was originally sold and serviced for nearly all of it's life at Reeves. Having lived in Tampa for many years, I'm familiar with the dealership. My local Porsche dealer was unsuccessful in downloading the service history so I contacted Reeves directly. Although I didn't buy my Cayenne there and likely would not come there for service, Zach in service treated me like a VIP. He printed out and offered to mail me the entire 57 page service record (once he redacted the previous owner's information) but I was able to have my mother come by and pick it up. I had decided to purchase a used Porsche Panamera Hybrid and found a perfect car at Reeves Tampa Porsche about 3 hours from our rental home. Overall the service, the care, the car, the value, the pricing, and the follow-up with Reeves has been amazing and perfect. The dealership is classy and everyone treats the customer like number one. Reeves is operated by a woman who has been in the car business many years and I understand nearly 50% of their customers are repeate buyers. After purchasing from Reeves, I know why! Excellent! I brought my 991.1 C4S from Washington DC and started looking for a dealer to do the service here. After talking to a few local service departments I decided to try Porsche of Tampa (or Reeve's Porsche). We have now had both of our Porsches (the other one is a Macan S) modified and serviced a number of times, and have had nothing but excellent service. I have called and asked for information on our vehicles from Matt Rouse, our service rep, who has always been cheerful, informative and willing to help, no matter how insignificant the request. My wife had her Macan modified and serviced several times with no problems or delays. A well run business that takes care of its customers is always a rare find. read more

This happens to be the worst dealership in the world. I have attempted to make a deal with this dealership several times. It's a shame that this is the dealership that serves our Tampa Bay area. It looks like it only caters to the filthy rich. Being located in a sub prime area where the median income is 20000 a year at the very most this dealership does not show support to the community. Don't know what to say but they underestimate your trade-in value by 30 to 40% and their prices are 30 to 40% higher. Please do your research do not purchase at this dealership unless you are absolutely sure you getting a good price. They tend to rip off their customers. I had a bad experience with these people regarding a matter with their service department. All I can tell you for a 100% fact is the service management dept. were extremely corrupt. I no longer have the car mainly because of the bill, had to buy a lesser car which also turned out to be a disaster. Because of this place I will never take a car to a dealership ever again for any type of repairs or even an oil change, I found a local repair shop who I trust and life has been better since. read more

They addressed every issue with my car accurately, efficiently, and promptly, as well as provided a rental car through Enterprise. Chuck was my service advisor, and was so pleasant, professional and thorough. He displayed true care and concern to get my vehicle issues resolved, and I never once felt that he was trying to upsell me. Everyone I dealt with was kind and displayed exemplary behavior. While sitting in the waiting area, I witnessed the interaction between the sales people and customers, which was positive and displayed genuine care for customer satisfaction. When we purchased our 2016 Porsche Cayman, all went well, but it turned sour after 2 weeks... We brought the car in 'coz of a flat tire. We called & they promised to give us some status. Car sat there for 8 hours. Nobody cared to spend a minute to see if tire was repairable or needed replacement. We called several times. They never called us back until we talked to our salesperson, Robert Kearney. They ordered a new tire and we waited another day. Whole ordeal took 2 days, just for a flat tire. Their Sales staff are very good, but the reputation of the whole company is dragged down by incompetent people like Zach Mulligan and a disrespectful Chuck Henry from the Service department. read more

So I go here today to get an oil change and I will never be back again. When I receive my car back its dirty and went on one heck of a "test" drive. My mgp when I left it was 25.5 when I got it back it was 15 sorry you went more than .9 miles and I should've taken a picture of the odometer. I also left my stereo OFF and when I got back in it was blasting loud. The service manager chuckled and said I must have done it. No I always turn it off and never that loud anyway. Then he says I don't know. Must have came on. Yeah because they do that. I was informed they always wash every car and that I was too busy or refused to have mine washed. I was never asked if I wanted it done. I expect a nice dealership to do that especially a high end dealership. I don't appreciate being laughed at or lied to. Don't go here they will rag on your car and tell you they didn't. read more
