Shoutout to Rachel for being the most enthusiastic, supportive, and incredible bridal stylist! One of my best friends booked a wedding dress shopping appointment here, and from the moment we walked in it was as if they made the bride-to-be feel like the most important, special person in the world. We were even handed custom Wedding Angels cookies and were offered champagne, water, etc. to enjoy during our visit. The staff here is beyond helpful and just so delightful to work with. Once we walked back to our own private area, Rachel came in to introduce herself and had the most upbeat, authentic, positive energy. She asked all the right questions throughout the process, and really made sure to hear and understand the bride's vision. She is truly amazing at her job and pulled a beautiful variety of dresses for the bride to try on, and actually the first dress she had the bride put on was the one she ended up choosing for her wedding day! They even let the bride customize the dress and make it her own by tweaking it a bit so that it was exactly what she envisioned and hoped to wear on the big day. We never once felt rushed, and it was clear Rachel was genuinely excited for the bride. The staff was kind enough to make sure the bride had some photos with a "I said yes to the dress" sign and had us all stand in front of the perfect photo-op space towards the front of the bridal shop. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Salesperson (Rachael) just "over the top" condescending. She used terms like "girlfriend and "rockstar" in a way to familiar way with someone she just met. It made us ALL uncomfortable and she was completely unable to read the room. The bride said Rachael just handed her the dresses to put on herself rather than helping her with them. Rachael kept talking about price and what SHE liked about the dresses before the bride had a chance to form an opinion. When she realized we would not be purchasing a dress from her, her parting words were..."Let me show your ladies to the door". Unbelievably horrible experience!! We went to J. Rachel listened attentively and heard what style was the goal. I had high hopes for my experience with Wedding Angels Bridal Boutique but it became one of the most frustrating parts of my wedding planning. I paid $770 for customizations, $470 to make my dress strapless with a refined neckline and $300 to shorten the train. When I picked it up the straps had simply been cut off, leaving an unfinished neckline, and the train was still far too long. I had to pay my own seamstress to fix both issues, essentially paying twice for the same work. On top of that I was pressured into buying a $325 gown preservation kit I did not need. I explained that I was getting married in Europe and the dress would be worn by someone else afterward. When I tried to return it in person after driving an hour I was told it was nonrefundable. Later the owner Jacquie said she would take it back and refund me, and when I asked if I could mail it instead of driving another hour she agreed but never provided an address despite multiple requests. The owner initially communicated with me in March but stopped replying after April leaving me with unresolved issues and extra expenses. A wedding dress should be a joyful purchase but this experience was stressful, expensive, and disappointing. Brides should be cautious. read more

Picking the dress with Gail was a fun experience. She got some insight to how it would look and was very responsive when I voiced my concerns. The bubbly was a nice touch especially for my mom. The next day after the purchase I've got a phone call that my dress maybe a bit late being delivered because the designer website was not responsive the day before. The dress was available but it would come without the lining. Since I was planning a wedding within 2months I panicked slightly but Miracle had some ideas what can be done and the owner assured me everything will be on time to get to the alterations across the street. The owner came out and apologized profusely and brought us Fiji water and a Brut Rose Champagne. She kept the champagne glasses filled! We were taken to a private room that was nice. I will always and forever recommend this bridal shop to anyone getting married ever because I had an amazing time at Wedding Angels!!!! Two days before the appointment the customer service manager, Miracle, gave me a call and we did a mini consult over the phone so that my assigned consultant had a good idea of what I was looking for before we got there, however she still did a very thorough consult once we arrived. My consultant, Jordan, was absolutely phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for anyone or anything better for my first time trying on dresses! The selection they have for mid to plus size brides is phenomenal, even the smaller ones are easy to get on and clipped so you can see the whole vision. I was so nervous because I didn't know what to expect as a plus size woman but it was an amazing experience. Jordan listed to every comment I made and ended up pulling a dress that I didn't even know the style existed, and it ended up being exactly what I didn't ever think I needed. We ended up leaving without a dress (the first time ) just to make sure the one I fell in love with was the right one. They let me come back later in the day to try it back on, along with another contender, and I had the same reaction as the first time I slid it on. The prices definitely vary but they are super mindful of your budget and will not pull you anything outside of your range! Myself and the three women I brought with me (my mother, my future MIL, and my maid of honor) had an amazing time here! My sister flew in to Atlanta from Texas to look for a mother of the bride dress. Her best friend and I went with her to the appointment she had set up with Gail on a Friday morning. My sister was a little nervous because shopping for dresses is not easy because her proportions are not in the average range, so things are hard to fit. Well, from the minute we arrived and throughout the process Gail put us all at ease by her positive, cheerful attitude and gracious manner. We put our things in the dressing room (which is really a lovely suite) and began looking at gowns. I thought the selection of samples had variety without being overwhelming. I didn't see anything that wasn't at least very pretty, and at best, gorgeous. There were also many colors and types of fabric represented. After a couple of hours trying on gowns, my sister had chosen two that she couldn't quite decide between. So she was measured for size and we had another store to visit that day. To make a long story short, the experience at the other store was depressing and disappointing. In the afternoon we came back to Wedding Angels and my sister selected the BEST mother of the bride dress I had seen all day (and we saw a lot!). She ordered it that day and is so happy she got something that makes her feel special, look elegant, and flatters her figure in all the right places. They do know how to make you feel very special when you arrive here on your quest for a dress. For this first act, the setting is very comfortable, the selection is beautiful and there's a sense that you're among caring friends. In our experience, that quickly disappeared once the order was placed. During the second act, Alterations, the delays and excuses were repeatedly extended--and return phone calls to voice messages left (the most frequent means of communication when texts after were ignored) were unreliable. Driving over for a hopeful face-to-face proved little better; after a two+-hour wait to speak to our salesperson, other staff members gave me the five minutes I needed, and followed through. A relief, but what a stressful effort and weak response, taking us well past the deadline we'd originally been given. I did meet up with our salesperson when it came time to pick up the much-delayed dress. At not point had I addressed anyone there with criticism, aggression or hostility; I had simply persisted in looking for an answer to my inquiries. Her cold shoulder was polite, coming with no eye contact. In response to my suggestion that one of their business pens would be nice for a bridesmaid who'd been unable to come in for a fitting, she assured me they could just as easily be purchased on Amazon. So can wedding dresses. Realizing this hasn't been everyone's experience, it nonetheless seems right to share ours as we wish all you brides and families a very happy (aka low-stress) wedding experience. If you do find your dream dress here, and prepare in advance for evasion, excuses and delays, it may work out for you. My very first bridal appointment was at Wedding Angels and my consultant, Brittany made my first experience pleasant and memorable! I went with my mom and sister, and Brittany was very attentive and really listened to all our wants and concerns. She even pulled a dress completely out of the box for me and I absolutely LOVED it! It made me feel incredible. Actually, I liked most of the dresses she pulled. She made me feel at ease and was not at all pushy. She also stayed within budget. We came in on a Saturday morning during a Randy Fenoli trunk show. Although they were very busy, the consultants and staff I encountered were friendly and enthusiastic. They had mini cupcakes at the front and offered water and/or champagne as soon as we were seated. We were assigned to a beautiful, large, semi-private room. It had enough comfortable seating for the three of us and more. The dressing room was a shared space but with plenty of privacy, just steps away from our room.
