You still fail to address Bel Fiore's critical error: using the wrong size chart when ordering my sister's dress. You claim the "only sizing verification" available is checking the tag. Are you unable to measure the dress with a measuring tape? If so, how are you qualified to measure a bride and recommend a dress size? Your account of the phone call is false. Renee contacted my sister while we were at a restaurant. Shocked by the proposed "solutions," my sister said she would call her back. As a father, it is deeply troubling to see a business owner respond to legitimate concerns with deflection rather than responsibility. I am genuinely shocked that a store owner would choose to lie rather than take responsibility for their mistakes. I called the store and left a message regarding the issues with my dress. You, Renee, said there was nothing you could do for me and never once offered for me to come in the store to review the dress - claiming otherwise is completely untrue. The call was not ended abruptly -- I ended the conversation by saying I would get back to you after deciding what to do, since no solution was offered. I was never informed that an appointment was required to walk into the store. I was told Renee would be in the store Monday through Thursday and was not advised that an appointment was necessary. I came to the store on Monday at 10:00. Renee was not present. Renee, you still have not addressed the initial issue that your store used the wrong size chart to order my dress and advised me to order the wrong size. This is an error made completely by the store, yet Renee has taken zero accountability and has refused to offer any resolution. Additionally, Renee, you failed to address that I paid for the bridal package, which explicitly includes "inspection of the dress". What does inspection mean to you if not to ensure the dress is the correct measurements as ordered? If Bel Fiore Bridal would have provided the services I paid for, "inspection of the dress", and actually inspected the dress - this whole situation could have been avoided as you would have realized once you received the dress - this dress was not the measurements I purchased. So let me start by saying I was NOT going to buy a dress from this store. I had my mind made up that I would try dresses on and purchase my actual dress online. I only wanted to see which style looked the best. Well....I left the boutique with my dream dress. I must say though that Anna my consultant had a lot to do with my purchase. This was the second place I went to just "look" Anna actually listened to what I liked and didn't like, worked with in my budget and even helped me in and out of my dresses. The boutique is small but very personal and CLEAN which I appreciate. I will definitely recommend purchasing a dress. I truly don't think I could express the happiness and joy that this appointment gave me. It was my first dress appointment and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Kaitlin was my stylist and from the moment we walked in the door it felt like long lost sisters. She took the time to get to know me, my group, my finace, and every about our plans. She pulled dresses that we all picked out, challenged me to try something I hadn't considered, and eventually led me to my dream gown. On top of all of that, her and management were amazing and flexible in allowing me to purchase a floor sample and take my dress home that day. I went in with my mom and my aunt. I first started my search in the sample section, our specialist immediately recognized the style I was drawn to. My mom wanted a traditional white, the first dress I tried was my moms selection. The dress, was beautiful but not for me. The first of my picks from the minute I slid it on was perfect and beautiful. That chills moment. It was out of my budget but fortunately my grandmother offered to pay for it. However, she wanted to see it in person, so the second appointment confirmed that it was THE DRESS! It was everything and apart from needing hemming and the shoulders shortened I basically could wear it off the rack. My whole experience with this shop from start to finish was amazing. The five stars is for the shop and the ladies because they were great! Every consultant that I met with were amazing. They were helpful, honest and made me so happy I chose Bel Fiore Bridal. The sweetest ladies! The seamstress that worked on my dress at Bel Fiore gets a 1 star. I had Margarita and she was not a problem solver. The cups on my dress were loose and too big, it didn't feel comfortable. She kept saying she couldn't fix the cups and that it was impossible to make it sit flush. A good seamstress should be able to address an issue like this and come up with solutions. It was loose and looked off but she didn't care to fix it after I asked her at every fitting. She brushed off my frustration. I also asked for a nude liner and she kept telling me at each fitting it would not look good. I kept pressing that I would like a liner so my shape wear wouldn't show. A week before my wedding, she finally decided to put one in but it was cream, not nude. I was so exhausted with her by then that I just didn't even care to bring it up. It was so close to the wedding day that I let it go. Another issue was the boning on the side of the dress sticking out. It wasn't there when the dress came in and she said she would fix it but never did. The ladies at the shop called her about it but don't think they were able to reach her. Thankfully, the shop asked another seamstress to step in and help two days before my wedding. Nicole saved the day! I'm so grateful for her. She was able to hand stitch the cups closer to fit me and it looked and fitted so much better/comfortable. She also fixed the boning as much as she could with the little time she had. I wish I had gone to her since the beginning. I remember leaving each fitting disappointed and now cringe every time I think of my experience. I debated writing about this, especially at the time of things spiraling, since I know you shouldn't express bad thoughts or opinions when you are emotional. Now it has been 2 months after the wedding. I have already gotten back the wedding photos, where my wedding dress photos are awkward and I am mostly in a reception outfit. I have also not taken any engagement photos as my dress was never ready. Even though I am in a better head space, I am still extremely upset. All because of a wedding dress that was ordered too small by Bel Fiore. What makes me more upset by this situation was that because, of course, why would I doubt the bridal store that made my wedding dress shopping experience amazing? It was when I went to go in for alterations, Margarita would say, "Did you gain weight? Are you planning on losing weight?" Me, being insecure about the fact that I hadn't been able to work out in 2 months after being in a bad car accident, surely thought it was me and my body at fault, when the dress didn't fit when I first went to go pick it up. I was 5'3" and 114lb at the time. It took a month of working out while working 7 days a week, "intermittent fasting" but basically starving. I was sure that I was at least back to my base (when I first tried the wedding dresses). I don't personally care about height/weight stats, but to put this into perspective on where I was at, I was now 5'3" and 104lb. The dress still didn't fit. Margarita would say again, "did you gain weight?" When I expressed frustration to her and the staff, this is when I realized that my body measurements at the time of the initial dress shopping were chest/waist/hip (inches) 31, 25.5, 31. The dress that was ordered was a size 2. The chest/waist/hip measurements were 31, 24, 31. I don't know about you but I haven't been 24 inches around the waist since a child, nor is losing 1.5 inches about the waist an easy feat. There was even a time when they forgot to put my alteration appointment in the schedule. It takes me an hour and 40 minutes to get there, not to mention I was working Monday-Sunday and would have to request time off for this. I will say that the staff at Bel Fiore Bridal tried to compensate me for a corset that I only needed as the dress didn't fit. However in reality I needed a dress in my size, i.e a larger size than what was ordered. I was unable to take engagement photos, postponed because the dress wasn't ready. I accepted the fact that I would have a corset on the day of the wedding, trying to tell myself it would be not noticeable. The fact is, the problem was actually in the shoulder straps, that would constantly fall off my shoulders since there was a widened gap at the back from the corset. No amount of tape could hold it up indefinitely. In the moments where it did, those photos would only depict how awkward my shoulders and posture had to be to keep me from flashing my guests in case my shoulder straps fell off. When I last picked up my dress, the staff at Bel Fiore Bridal told me that because I had agreed to pick it up initially and made alterations to the dress (alterations I needed as the dress didn't fit), that the only thing that they could do was have their manager reach out to me. Although I agree with all that, given the circumstances in which the dress was ordered too small to begin with, I had hoped at least for a call from their manager. 2.5 months later, I have yet to get a call. TLDR: So, thank you Bel Fiore Bridal for a beautiful dress that didn't fit, for all the feelings of insecurity I endured about my size and weight, the tears I cried for the wedding photos that I was unable to share, and for engagement photos that I was never able to take. Update and response to Renee: Truly, it was my fault for not being more assertive for myself when I thought something was wrong, and that is usually my weakness - that I give whole hearted trust and faith to the experts and professionals. As I am completely naive about the wedding dress shopping/fitting protocol, again, I trusted you all. When I was in between sizes, I was recommended a size down, of which I was never made aware what the exact measurements were, but again gave complete trust to my dress consultant at the time. I came about a month after the originally planned dress fitting, after the car accident, by the way. Most importantly, I was promised that I would be reached out to after everything had transpired, and despite waiting patiently for over two months, never received any correspondence. Thus, my review. The apology would have been more sincere had it been proactive, rather than reactive, but I appreciate it nonetheless. read more

Sadly I'm updating my star rating to 3 stars rather than 5. Everything about my first review stands true but after visiting Bel Fiore for the third time now, I'm realizing that Daniel was the reason behind the original 5 star review. Daniel is no longer with the company and that said, I didn't receive the same 5 star service that I received when I bought my dress. Upon buying my dress, I was told that alterations would run approximately $500. When I went in for my fitting, not only were they running about 30-45 minutes behind but I get to the end of my fitting and the alteration specialist tells me that it'll be $1,329. I was completely floored by that amount. I simply said, "Wow, I wasn't expecting the alterations to be that expensive" and the alterations specialist said, "well what about $1,250?" I wasn't there to haggle with the alteration specialist. I have an aunt who does alterations for a living - it's hard work which is why I typically wouldn't complain...but....$1,329?!?! Needless to say, I paid the $25 pinning fee and left the store with my dress. One of my bridesmaids referred me to a different store that charged me $625. They're not only doing all the alterations that Bel Fiore was going to do but they're also adding boning for more structure and a few additional adjustments. I leave this review to remind brides that you DO NOT have to get alterations done at the store. There are plenty of highly qualified alteration specialists that will do a great job at a reasonable price. I have an amazing referral if you need one! I've also added a photo of my dress so that you can see there wasn't a TON that needed to be adjusted. I needed the top taken in, bottom hemmed,and bustle. read more

Beautiful boutique and I felt safe shopping with my bridal party; I was even able to bring all 6 of my girls with me. I was so excited about going here, to the point I bragged to my mother and fiancé that I would stay "Yes to the Dress" on the same day! A phone consultation a few days prior with Anna made me feel special, and I thought everything was going to be amazing. She even asked me to text her pictures of the dresses I wanted and took down my budget in mind ($900-$1,400) with a strapless trumpet/mermaid in mind. She told me their selection was large and I would definitely find my dress! I was soooooo excited!! She was wrong, and I hate that. I went in with the crew and after being given our flowers for choices we were beyond (way beyond) discouraged on the lack of communication and selection in the store, with my style and budget. Anna failed to tell me the photo choices I sent her were no longer available (she told me when I was there), and that the designer was a different person at the time years ago. Why have them on your site then??? All but 4 dresses we managed to find for try-on were either a few hundred over budget, or had straps. I don't typically take time to write bad reviews, unless I want to warn about something drastic. I felt like there was zero communication and a wasted Saturday afternoon, along with a wasted consultation call. I still feel so upset even the next day- why would you mislead a bride, when we are already super super stressed as is??? I warn other brides about stressing budget and style to their consultant- also ask if photos of dresses are current. Okay--now that my experience is complete here... I feel like I can share my experiences. I came here twice to try on wedding dresses, once with my future SIL and once with my mom. Rhonda was my associate and I thought she did a great job. I picked out dresses I wanted to try and she also found a few based on my interests. I found my top dresses on my first visit and when my mom came in town I showed her my favorites (along with trying on new dresses since they were having an Essence of Australia event that weekend). Their dresses are organized by shape/style and most were reasonably priced IMO. I read other reviews about this store carried the same dress for more than other stores. I found that with MY dress and I went with the lower $ store. However--if you really like the store & associates--tell them and I'm almost certain they can give you a discount. I found that they will work with you on things. Fortunately, I found THE dress for me; but unfortunately, it was not here. I already fell in love with THE one and this was the last store I visited--so they never had a chance. However, this is where this place shined again for me. They provided great service, so when it came time to look for accessories I called this place up--looking for a rose gold belt! They are one of the few stores that actually had one. When I felt I had looked around and was ready to order--they could not guarantee the belt would arrive in time for my wedding. The sales associate called her boss and and was able to sell me the sample. She went above and beyond to help make my dress perfect with the sash. I had my heart set on this one and she made it happen. Definitely stop by this store if you are searching for a dress or accessories! Was with my best friend here today for her first ever bridal appointment. The employees were friendly and appeared knowledgeable. The pricing in the boutique was amazing. My friend said her budget was to stay below $5k and the response was that nothing there would be that much. We were offered water (Kirkland's Purified). No one was wearing a mask. The shop is rather small and the "rooms" are just sections in the middle of the room. It's not very private at all. At one point I needed to walk to the front door but had to walk through another party's appointment space to do so because k had no other way to get around to the door. They do have a nice selection of dresses and they give you flowers with bent ends to use as you walk around and to hang on the dresses you want pulled. It appeared you are allowed to bring champagne as another party had it but we didn't know that. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because of the lack of privacy. read more

For my first bridal experience, I chose to visit a more mainstream bridal store with the idea in my head that they would have more options for me to choose from, pricing would be better than a boutique style bridal store.. Boy was I WRONG! I found that David's Bridal didnt have anything close to what I'd saved on my pinterest board, the consultant was uninterested and seemed that she couldnt care less about myself or my experience. After that, I found myself discouraged and frankly quite worried because I read online that dresses take 5-9 MONTHS to come in, plus alteration time and my wedding was 9 months away. I called 15+ boutiques on a Saturday attempting to get an appointment the following day. Of course, all were booked. However, Bel Fiore was the ONLY boutique that offered to call me should there be a cancellation. Low & behold, Sunday morning comes around and my phone rang at 11AM with an opening for 1:30PM. Upon arrival, I was greeting promptly and told that my consultant would be with me in a just a moment. I chose to go to this appointment solo, my bridal party wasnt able to make the last minute appointment and frankly all of the eyes and opinions of everyone else was intimidating during my previous experience. Autumn, my bridal consultant, greeted me shortly after with a warm smile and immediately I had a feeling that today was the day. She offered me a refreshment and walked me through the boutique and explained how the layout worked. She handed me about 5-6 flowers to hang on the dresses that I wanted to try on and she would follow behind me to pull the dresses. The prices of the dresses ranged from $699 (off the rack) to around $3K for the customer order dresses (from what I saw). I tried on my first dress and was AMAZED. The price was perfect, the beading was detailed, and it fit PERFECTLY. I had a feelings this was it, but wanted to try a few others to make sure. Autumn offered her honest, but graceful opinions throughout which was appreciated as I did not have my bridal party to give their input. After a few dresses, I put the first one back on, Autumn brought a veil and a beautiful tiara, and of course, the tears started flowing. When I came in to look around, Jordan was so helpful and basically knew I was in love with a dress they needed to order for me-- so they did! They were so helpful in getting it in stock asap and making sure I was happy with it. They knew I wanted to try it on the second it was available so I'm almost positive they called me as the delivery truck was backing in . This store was great and I highly recommend it! This was my second time shopping for my wedding dress, and I had a great experience! Anna was super helpful and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. While I didn't find a dress that I loved as is, she went out of her way to come up with a way to create something I love since I've been having a hard time finding my exact vision anywhere. She offered to come up with a custom design for a dress that I loved the beading on but not the fit. We came on a weekday morning, so the salon was quiet with one or two other parties throughout our appointment -- highly recommend so that you don't feel rushed! I'm a bridesmaid and my bride was very open to trying new styles -- our consultant Julia did a great job of bringing out a variety of styles that were within budget! We did an initial store walkthrough, the bride tried on the ones we'd picked, and then Julia went around and chose more of the styles that we gravitated towards. We then did another walkthrough! We were worried about staying over time but were allowed to stay longer (which they didn't have to allow I'm sure!) One of our favorite dresses was a style that the bride never thought she'd want to see herself in! The salon is laid out in a nice way that allows for several parties to have their own space, and the staff seem to love their jobs and have dresses they love to recommend that don't seem like sales pitches (e.g. not the most expensive ones). I was visiting from out of town so unfortunately won't be able to go back with my bride but I'm looking forward to seeing her with a dress and champagne in hand :) even if it's at 10 in the morning read more

I went to Bel Fiore years ago in their old location. I remember it being a great experience. Today I went in excited to try on dresses. We arrived for a 11:30 appointment to a lobby full of people. We finally went back about 10 minutes later. You are crammed into little seating areas with a very small fitting room to change. I explained to my consultant what I was looking for and even showed pictures of styles they had in store. She didn't bring any dresses that fit what I was looking for. The lighting was horrible. Where do I start!!! Oh my god this was one of the best experience ever. From walking in and seeing that they took time out to personalize my area and the warm welcome. I love my consultant she was amazing. I'm very picky she took time to understand exactly what I want. She did not push me to try on something I did not want.
