She is such a joy to work with and made the entire day seamless (and even that is an understatement). During the months leading up to the wedding, we had a few check-ins with Suzette to see how planning was coming along. She provided a workbook that was so helpful in keeping us on track with our planning timeline and included things I never would have thought of to prepare. It allowed us to be fully present with our guests for the entire wedding weekend, which was invaluable. Suzette We were so lucky to have found Suzette. She helped us as our Day of Coordinator. Suzette was awesome throughout the process. We were especially thankful for her meeting with us several times before the wedding to answer questions and guide us with her expertise. Suzette and Pat are the best!!! My husband and I met with Suzette a few months before our wedding. We wanted someone who was going to understand us and our big filipino family. At the end of this day, I felt less stress because we were able to cover so much with Suzette, the events manager at the venue and my husband. The day of the wedding Suzette and Pat picked up all of our decorations from my room at the hotel and was able to set it all up in the ballroom. We hired Suzette as our day of coordinator for our wedding on May 24, 2014 at Tom Ham's Lighthouse in San Diego. Suzette set up everything perfectly and made sure all events happened on time. She made sure that everything my husband and I planned for a year and a half was executed perfectly. She was on time to every appointment and quick to communicate with us and we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding, especially since we were already nervous and had other things to worry about that day. When I arrived at the venue right before the ceremony, the reception area was already set up and it looked beautiful. It's hard to really visualize how everything will look because you're basically putting a bunch of things together that you think will work but you won't know until the day of the wedding. She set up all the tables according to my instructions but she also made some changes that worked way better.
