We had multiple calls leading up to our wedding day and she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. We had a tight timeline and she spent a while helping work it out down to the minute. We worked and re-worked the timeline and she was happy to update and offer input. The day would not have run so smoothly without all her help. On the day of the wedding we had Meagan and her second shooter, Alex. Both were fantastic. They joked and made us feel relaxed and in our element. She had a shot list and remembered all of the tiny details we requested. She moved fast but didn't rush it. She knew how important it was that we got to be present during our day. After the wedding, we received around 70 (!!) sneak peak photos a few days after our wedding, it was a great surprise email to receive during our honeymoon. Each picture was phenomenal- I honestly would have been happy if those were all the photos we received. A few months later we received all the final products and she even made us a little slideshow of the pictures! She captured the true emotion of the day, all the details, and all the fun. I've looked at the pictures and slideshow countless times. I cannot decide on what pictures I like best, they are all so great and special. My family and friends can't get over them either. I recently planned a proposal to my girlfriend in Newport, RI and reached out to Stefy to book a…read morephotographer based on other positive reviews. I never imagined how much of an impact having a professional & experienced photographer there to capture the moment, but boy am I glad I thought to book Stefy. My now fiance had no idea, and the exact moment and pure joy on both our parts that followed was perfectly captured. We then spent about an hour making the most of the sunlight provided with Stefy walking us through dozens of different shots that would serve as the perfect engagement photos. Throughout the planning process Stefy was always very responsive and willing to offer suggestions about when and where to pop the question. Why did we pick Allan? First, we loved his blended photographic style of 'lifestyle' and 'documentary'. It gave our pictures a candid and spontaneous "in the moment" perspective with an approachable and relaxed feel. Allan was responsive to all of our communications, very easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable of the geographic area and actually recommended the spot we used for the wedding as well as for subsequent picture locations. He was friendly, prompt, flexible and affordable compared to others who wanted 2-3 times as much and whose pictures were not as good as Allan's. He wasn't the least expensive or the most, he was right on the money (pun kind of intended). He provided us with hundreds of final pictures (this was fantastic!), posted them on a web gallery and made the whole event very easy for us. And, captured it beautifully.
