Well the first time we went it was fantastic. But tonight we went (I'd like to mention that the restraint wasn't all that busy besides a group at the bar and one other couple besides us) and sat down, it took 10-15 minutes for them to bring a menu and they asked what we wanted and we weren't sure yet l, as we just got the menus. Well we waited 30-40 minutes after we said we just need a minute and no one came to take our orders or ask us what we wanted to drink. My almost two year old was hungry and getting fussy so we had to leave and find somewhere else to eat tonight. read more

Sign said, "under new ownership.". Have been there a handful of times since originally opened, and then it was great. Seems to have gotten worse & worse. Was not busy for dinner. Should've been a sign. 1st table was dirty. Switched to another which had not been wiped down, either. While waitress was polite, she did not offer to wipe down the table, just ignored my observation. They forgot to put the meat on my husband's nachos and it took her forever to come back and ask how our meal was. When she did bring the meat out in a little cup, my husband didn't care for it. My Philly steak sandwich was small, bland and not satisfying. We won't be back. Trivia night was fun, though. read more

This was a decent Irish place. The food was good. The Black &Bleu Steak was pretty good. The Fish and Chip was cooked with a good crunch and not mushy. If you ask for more tartar sauce they will charge you extra. Happy hour till 7pm ...which is great. The cheese sticks were so so. The Bread Pudding was quite tasty (won an award.) The waitstaff was really great ....fun and accommodating. read more

Stop by after hearing good reviews. Thought we would check it out for lunch. Place was empty but service was still very slow. We had two orders, mushroom burger (medium) with potato salad, and Philly steak with loaded potato soup. Mushroom burger came out well done, with French fries. Philly steak was good but soup was cold and had little flavor. Couldn't find our waitress to ask for a refill, couldn't find our waitress to ask for the bill. We will not be back. read more

Rueben is delicious. Onion rings are on fleek. The only issue I had was this one customer kept saying "hey" in every sentence and was annoying the staff but that isn't a reflection of this place . Every single employee was very respectful to him though so that's a 5 star in my book read more

We enjoy the Jekyll location from time to time. Decided to give this location a try. Met the kids for dinner. When we got there we found out they only had one waitress. The rest had called out. Well staying was a good idea. Cheyenne was really great at taking care of us. Even the kitchen staff was coming out to run orders to the tables. We were impressed with our service. If they are this good with a limited staff, they must be great when everyone shows up for work. As for the food. My wife said the Reuben was really good. The kids loved the wings. My burger was cooked right and very tasty. The appetizers and sides were all good. Definitely recommend giving them a chance. read more

Passed in here for to go food on taco Tuesdays. I was not disappointed. Although there was a slight wait the food was well worth it. And the tacos were really inexpensive (chicken $1, beef $1 & fish $2). You simply can't beat those prices. Especially since the food tasted on point. The fish taco was hands down the beat in my opinion. I will be returning here and I may have a drink at the bar this time. read more

Started going here when I first got to Brunswick. Was a great place would've gave it 5 stars. Endless wings daily for $19.99 and plenty of sauce flavors to choose from. At first visit got drinks fast and food fast and good service, and it was a busy college football Saturday. As kept going back it seemed the service got slower and slower and it would take forever to get wings and re orders. The last visit was a disaster, the waitress couldn't remember anyone's orders and I myself sat for 45 mins waiting on my re order even after saying it twice. Food is great and drinks are cold just wish the service would be better to give a better rating read more

Worst service ever we waited an hour being ignored by the waitress she never even came back to the table to tell us our foo would take over an hour. I we ent to find her she didnt seem to care at all and customers that came in after us already had there food well before us. Not sure what her name was but she needs to le as tn some communication. The absolute slowest service in town. I eat all over the city but this location is absurd. There was never an occasion where the server advised that our meals would be delayed. Worst service I have ever received. None of the staff were wearing mask and there is no social distancing in place. When I got the food it was the wrong order and by time I got my food I had ordered it was an hour later and the food was cold. You could hear the staff yelling in the kitchen and cursing at each other. This is definitely not a family establishment. When I asked to speak with the manager he was very unprofessional and got an attitude with my wife. I would not advise going here. read more

As a local to this area, this is the first time I have written a negative review. My husband and I came into the restaurant that was half full and the waitress immediately started to complain that she was over worked. We were understanding and proceeded to order two beers and the same entree. Keep in mind, our entree was a sandwich. She then showed up to our table with a beer in a dirty glass. I was understanding, sent it back and she brought me a new one. We ordered a second round of a different beer and she returned with it in bottle because she said they no longer had it on draft. It would have been polite for her to have asked if that was okay before bringing it out to us. We ended up waiting 2 hours for our sandwiches to come out after she repeatedly told us, it was on its way. Lastly, we asked to just throw it in boxes because we wanted to leave. Even then, they delivered our COLD food on plates. I absolutely hate writing a bad review for anyone, but if there was ever a time for one, it was today. We will not be returning and recommend you don't, as well. read more

Food was great! However wait staff was TERRIBLE. The waitresses had no idea what table ordered what food and were doing a roll call for our orders. Food was left out (but then taken off the bill) and it took a very long time to order/received drinks. We asked them to take the beer off the tab because we no longer wanted it and the bar maid came over rudely said "may I ask why you took the beer off?" Not professional at all. Understood it is Saint Patrick's day but the restaurant was not busy..YET. With that being said it looked like they were expecting a big crowd so they sat everyone so close together in one room. Honestly I don't even know where to start. As I'm walking into this pub it smells as if you are sitting in dirty laundry. We get our drinks fast but the beer was warm! One plate of food came out and they asked for sweet potato fries and got normal fries. We are still waiting for the wings we ordered. One order finally comes out and it was supposed to be 5 wings mild 5 wings teriyaki and they literally mixed the sauces together and asked if we just wanted those. Of course we have to wait again for the wings because we weren't taking those wings. My wings still haven't come out and I got Cajun ranch. They bring out the Cajun ranch and they are cold and were basically just flavored with Texas Pete hot sauce. SO NASTY! Finally the other wings came out and you couldn't even eat the teriyaki because it tasted like straight salt. A heart attack waiting to happen. I had to spit it out into a napkin. I feel as if they still over changed when they said they were going to do 50% off. It was 30 dollars for 2 people and 30 for just one person.
