Again the other ingredients were fine just underwhelming. The Bolognese was light on sauce and meat and not enough to flavor the pasta. I didn't get the rich flavor I expected. Again, both entrees were pretty much a disappointment. The employee on the phone said it would be about 45 minutes and upon arriving, I noted that the business did a brisk sit down and carry-out service on a Friday night. The business has a walk up window to pick up carry out orders bc the interior is small but if the person who is working the window/ counter/ cash register is busy/ distracted it can take a few to get their attention. The young lady who took my order advised that my order should be up soon and I ended up waiting closer to an hour. When I got my food, everything was well packaged and prepared. They also gave me plates for my hotel room. Upon getting the food to our room, my wife and I dug in. The pizza was thin and crispy with sliced sausage and a nice pizza sauce that had a great flavor. The wings were crispy and well sauced. Their ranch is thick, flavorful and perfect for dipping wings in. I am pretty sure the ranch is house made. So glad we asked for extra ranch. This dish looked (see picture) and tasted not much different than a Little Debbie pie you buy in boxes of 10 at the grocery store. Limited seating inside for people waiting and those chairs outside along the sidewalk aren't practical. No protection from heat / cold / rain and that parking lot is a dust bowl. Customer Service I was going to call my order in, but the menu I raved about doesn't actually tell you what the individual pizza topping options are and I didn't want to call to ask an associate to rattle them off for me - so I was going to place my order and wait while it was being prepared. When I walked in, there was one young lady taking a phone order. Two young men and another young lady were also right up front. The two young men seemed to trying to figure out a delivery issue. All 4 people looked up at me - and did not acknowledge me or greet me in anyway. So that was a little annoying. A simple 'hey there, welcome, I'll be right with you,' would have been awesome. Instead they young lady and one of the young men went to the back and the other young man left to make his delivery. And the other young lady continued with her call while I stood there waiting. My Island Chicken BLT looked very good except 1) it's a BLT, yet it doesn't come with tomatoes. When I asked, Lawrence said the 'T' does in fact stand for tomatoes, but the prep sign doesn't say to add them, so he never does unless the customer asks. Um ... ok ... He added them and there was no upcharge so I appreciated that 2) There was very little chicken or bacon on the sandwich. Tons of great looking romaine lettuce. I felt like I was eating lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and pineapples. And the way the sandwich was constructed with the cheese melted on to both sides of the bread made it nearly impossible to add any sort of dressing or condiments to it without making a huge mess.
