No outdoor play area, so the dogs are kept indoors all the time. Yes, that includes when they need to go #1 & #2. So, I would certainly have some concerns when it comes to a sanitary environment. Granted the staff does clean the areas but I would be highly doubtful that they would notice this immediately after it happens. Which makes me wonder, are dogs walking through this unsanitary environment & for how long until one of the staff members cleans the space? Or is there another space where all of the dogs could be moved too for the time being until the unsanitary space is cleaned? Also, my confidence level was not too high when it comes to learning whom would be interacting with the dogs. Do they have a background in dog related training, in what environment, for how long? Not the type of atmosphere where you would get a mom & pop location but rather very corporate feeling.
