We left Cornerstone when Dr. Fallon retired to seek out other veterinary practices. We were less than satisfied with what we found in the area, i.e. very expensive, communication issues - just to name a few. So, we returned to Cornerstone and were very happy with the services for our aging yellow lab. During the exam, Dr. Greene was personable, patient, well skilled and knowledgable, explained and then summarized. The front desk personnel also very helpful. After using them as a family vet for years, I called for a wellness check for my cat before traveling and was told they couldn't see me, and that I would have to reestablish myself as a patient because for some reason they sent the paperwork for my cats to another vet and I guess that meant I had moved to another vet (I had done no such thing, and they did not listen to me about this). In addition, I have been there with family members to go thru the hard process of putting a sick animal down and the staff there is pretty cold, rude and just not the sort of atmosphere you want to have to do that in. Honestly, I found it rather traumatizing, but I continued to go because I had no other choice. I highly do not recommend this veterarian. Over the years they have had different people, and not many of them have been nice, let alone personable. If you love your pets, take them anywhere else. read more

I have been with Cornerstone Vet/Dr. Fallon for years and was sad when he retired but I'd like all pet owners to know that you can still trust and get great care with the existing doctors. In December I had to have my dog put down. Dr. Green and her assistant, Paige came to my home to put an end to Sophie's suffering. I just started bringing my pups here less than 6 months ago. My dogs get into all sorts of trouble, and so far we have been seen same day any time I have had an issue with them. They are very attentive and friendly. This is the first veterinary office I have taken my pets where I get the impression that they are more concerned about my pets well being than the money that can be soaked out of the visit. My animals have been coming to this office for over 13 years seeing Dr.Fallon. We adored the previous doctor but it seems with a new doctor in and new staff the treatment of old patients is horrible. I waited well past my appointment time while newer patients were greeted with enthusiasm. In addition the woman at the front desk was very rude and should not be in the industry of patient care. I miss Dr. Fallon and his old staff and do not recommend Cornerstone Vet now that he's gone. read more

We just had a very feisty, frisky ten month old standard male donkey gelded (fixed) by Dr. Fallon. The doctor did a wonderful job! That donkey was rearing and trying to bite and kick, and Dr. Fallon gently, yet firmly medicated and laid him down with professional skills and knowledge. I was impressed. Our donkey (named Donkey Odie) was gelded and now he is a healthy, happy gelded donkey - much friendlier. Absolutely no complications after the surgery...I didn't even see any swelling! Of course I have been following the doctor's instructions, and exercising the donkey every morning and night. We are very happy! read more

Your money is better spent elsewhere. I drive over an hour to see our veterinarian that is currently employed in Windham NH. We have 5 dogs and 2 cats, suffice it to say that we spend a fair amount of money at a vet's office. We have several show and hunting dogs that we breed, and we find ourselves at the vet nearly weekly for one thing or another. Health testing and certification, hip and elbow xrays, pre breeding bloodwork, artificial inseminations, you name it. I called Cornerstone with an issue because they are only 15 minutes from me and I had hoped I could see them for the occasional need to save the trip down to Windham (two kids in the car for that long can be a lot), but I was sadly mistaken. My first phone call proved useless when they would not even sell me a piece of tubing needed to do an AI (artificial insemination), a very standard procedure often done at home by experienced breeders. These are easily purchased online, without the need for a veterinary license, it's not a regulated item by any means. They certainly lost out on a lot of business. read more

Cornerstone Vet / Dr. Fallon has been our family's awesome, trusted Veterinary for so long that when new Doctors were hired, we had to get to know them and build trust. We should have realized that Dr. Fallon would only hire THE best and train them. Our beloved 6-year old yellow Labrador Retriever suddenly stopped drinking water and eating and was obviously very, very sick. I was able to get a quick appointment and Dr. Alyssa Niquette drew blood samples in the morning, had results in the afternoon, hydrated and administered antibiotics via an IV because because our dog had injury to her liver and most likely been exposed to cyanobacteria, and she recommended an ultrasound. The next day (shift) Dr. Greene gave me the results of the ultrasound and the treatment plan. Both Doctors kept me updated every day and I believe saved our dog from complete liver failure. Leaving my lab there for 4 days was very difficult. She's never stayed anywhere but our home and is frightened even riding in the car and getting her annual physical. Well, she made friends with the Vets AND the entire staff because of the loving, kind, care she received while she was there. Everyone who works at Cornerstone is professional, obviously loves animals and strives to ease pet owner's fears. I can't thank them enough. read more

This vet has been very good to us over the years and they have seen a lot of our rescue dogs for things from routine vaccinations to major issues like kidney failure. We've been going to Cornerstone for about a year with our two cats and our pug. So far, everything has been great. The vets and the staff are very friendly, and they've done a very good job with our standard visits. Their prices are fantastic by comparison to other vets. To be fair, we have not had to deal with them in an emergency situation yet, and that can make or break a vet's office for me. But based on past service I expect an emergency would be handled well. Biggest downside for me, they do not take American Express, which really annoys me. read more

Dr. Fallon is a joke. Because our dog didn't like the vet (what dog LIKES the vet), he consistently refused to thoroughly examine our dog, and on the latest visit told me that if my dog were almost any other dog he would admit him for observation and to take blood, but didn't. He sent us home with antibiotics with instructions to call him twice a day. I ended up at another emergency vet later the same day and they said my dog was suffering, they had taken an X-ray and ultrasound and found his lungs were filled with fluid and had to be put down. We love Cornerstone! The care that both my cat and dog have received has been excellent. Everyone is super nice and super communicative. We recently had an emergency in the evening and the vet gave us his best and most patient care instructions over the phone. When that didn't work, we met at Cornerstone with 15 minutes notice which I was impressed with, since the office was closed at the time. Saved our dog's life. Also, can't beat the prices! I feel like we are all treated well by Cornerstone and don't feel taken advantage of. I have had other vets convince us to do pricey and unnecessary procedures but Cornerstone does not do this. read more

Would never bring a hamster to this so-called vet. Told me to put down my 8mth old pup cause he has had two surgerys and was an "expensive pet" only went there cause pup ripped open stitches and they were closest.Misdiagnosed him,told me he had to do his whole surgery over and sayd he didn't have any emotional attachment to me or my pet. We drive an hour to go to this vet. The drive is an enormous inconvenience but worth it since we have had terrible experiences with the vets in our area. The facility is clean and organized. They don't make you sit in a room surrounded by other out of control dogs waiting to get in. When you arrive, within a minute you are brought into a room to wait so no stress for the pets. The vets have a better bed side manner than most surgeon's. The vets don't string you along with procedures you don't need or try to sell you some high priced exotic food you don't need just to make a sale like other vets we went to. We had to call them on a Sunday afternoon when our lab got into a fight with a porcupine. Dr. Fallon called us back right away and told us to meet him at the office as he was leaving his home now. He opened up the office to help us and took care of our lab. Several hundred quils later we picked her up the next day and received a bill which was half of what I would have gladly paid. Aside from ususal check ups, we have used them for spaying several times and nothing but good things to say about them for the ten years we have gone there. read more
