Four things I like about Weed Man: 1. Their contract has no long term lock in. That means they must deliver good service consistently or they will lose you as a customer. And Lawn Man does that. I despise companies that want a lock in contract! I always find a lock in contract does a great job the first month to get you locked in and then poor service thereafter because they know you have to stick with them or pay lots of money to get out of the contract. 2. They make their relationship a team with their customers. Don't expect this to be a "PAY FOR IT AND FORGET IT" relationship. They do their part and you must do your part. If they see something that needs correcting they will let you know. I even had an email from them telling me I needed to mow my lawn. I wasn't mad. I realized that I was letting the grass get to high and weeds were going to seed so I got out the mower and did my part. I have had emails saying they saw a certain invasive bug in the yard doing damage. I thought their treatment was too expensive so they told me what I needed to use to eradicate them without the slightest pressure to buy their treatment. As a result of both of us acting as a team and doing our part I have a beautiful lawn that gives me many compliments from neighbors. 3. Their treatments are more powerful that what I can purchase at the store so I will get better results using them instead of doing it myself. 4. They asked me to give them a reference but did not try to buy a good review by offering money to give them a 5 start. So this review I am giving is MY review and is not influenced by Weed Man. I am a new customer with Weedman Lawncare, I say that to communicate that whenever we as customers/clients encounter an issue, misunderstanding/miscommunication, we usually have no issue expressing our displeasure regarding the experience. Encountering that service representative who engages you with hostility, poor communication skills and almost appears bitter at you for addressing your concerns. When we encounter the exact opposite, how often do we express genuine appreciation for those who represent their organizations in a manner that should be emulated and acknowledged? There was some miscommunication with my account, which I started yesterday, and Shaye Berry was phenomenal in her customer engagement. She listened, communicated clearly, addressed my concerns, and explained what the misunderstanding was and why it occurred, not one single time during our interaction did she ever come across as less than professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly seeking to resolve my issue. Lawn care is not an easy thing and so when I finally was sick and tired of being sick and tired of looking at a shabby yard, I gave WeedMan a call. I may have had the weediest of weeded lawns, but thankfully WeedMan is bringing it back. Honestly, I truly had more non-grass than grass when they began. Don't get me wrong, it's been a process, as recovery from trash to treasured is about as speedy as watching grass grow, but the impossible is happening before my eyes. I now have a flourishing lawn!! I initially called and spoke with Deanna Freeman, whom I've since had multiple chats with, each time being an absolute delight. She's always available to walk me through the process and suggest various improvements, and always with a chipper attitude. We've actually laughed a bunch over the last year. Their technician is always a friendly dude who cares for my lawn like it's his own. Billing has been efficient, and the online portal letting me know what treatments to expect next and when to expect it has been very helpful. I even get a text a day or so in advance keeping me in the loop. I realize there's all sorts of companies out there doing the same thing, and competing for your dollars, but WeedMan has shined above the others in value, efficiency, competence, and the ever decreasing element these days, and that's excellent service. read more

I have always had a huge problem with mosquitoes as there is a run-off in my backyard. I enjoy sitting on the porch after a long day of work but the mosquitoes was keeping me from enjoying what I love. I had heard about spraying to control the mosquitoes so thought I'd give it a try. After making a call to Weed Man and speaking to Kaylin McClure, I was given a quote that I could not pass up. After trying their service, they were willing to come back for a second treatment if needed as it seemed like when they sprayed, the rain would come. It may not totally eliminate them but I can say I've only had a couple bites since using them. So much better than before!! II can sit on the porch and enjoy the outdoors again! I have a big yard that I've tried to professionally groom myself. Ever the competitor, I saw that my neighbor's yard was looking better, so I inquired, and he told me that they use Weed Man. I called, and they came out and started treating my yard, and what an incredible difference, as you can see from the pic I attached. But for me, what was the kicker, was the intentional customer service from Ms. Estella Davis, who always calls to ask about my yard and how it is looking. This was an incredible service and extremely polite and professional workers. We had a bad experience with another lawn care provider who did not complete the job and kept charging us for services that were not provided and when I reached out to this company back in 2021, I was quickly attended to. The prices are extremely reasonable, the communication is excellent, and the yard looks incredible. I would 100% hire them again and honestly wish I still owned a house in the serviceable area to have them be my lawn service but we move out of state. I bought my new home a couple of months ago and I noticed lot of weeds around my lawn. When I was looking for a lawn company to help me out with them, a employee of weedman came up to me and explained to me about their services. He detailed and explained to me about lawn care and what I specifically need. My initial call went quick and a guy came out very next week to apply the weed killer. Within a week I saw the results and 95% of the weeds are gone. I gave them a call again and reported that I still see weeds around, they scheduled a quick check and told me that they would take care of them for no-cost. Things started off shaky with this company but I stuck it out because I understand that things take time and don't happen overnight. The weeds got worse shortly after starting with them but with the free retreats for weeds I could clearly tell that it had more to do with great fertilizer that the were using. After a full year of treatments and following the recommendations, I saw a huge improvement. I do admit that I was skeptical at first because the fertilizer did beef up everything and it looked rough for a while. I have worked with Deanna this year and have been very satisified with her knowledge and attention to detail. If you're struggling with seeing results, be patient. The results are coming. read more

We switched to Weed Man Lawn Care in 2024 and so far they have been great about checking in and prompt with service. Just spoke with Stacy Phillips in a recent lawn review session. They take feed back seriously and provide good recommendations. Our lawn has been generally nice, except for a few weeds here and there. Stacy provided some good recommendations which we will implement over the next few months. I would like for them to simply manage the weeds and adjust treatment as needed, but the process is for me to request retreatments and adjustments as needed. They provide that at no extra charge. We'll see how this goes over the next few months. I expect we'll knock these out. read more
