I went outside to ask them where my trash cans were and found one in my driveway, they then went to a neighbor house and took that can and gave to me. I asked their names and they didn't answer. I called their company and Brian began lecturing me on tree lawn laws. Also, it seems that Brian was completely fine that his 2 employees who were trespassing didn't tell me their names. Seems very shady to me. Then Brian told me to call the police if I was upset. So by the time the police showed they were no longer blocking my driveway of course. Then Emilie called me back to tell me it was normal for their employees to move trash cans and as a courtesy they put mine in my driveway. She also asked how could she make this right? Recently, we had a larger job done by Good Nature. We had our entire back yard reseeded. Our technician Alex was thoughtful and precise. He worked the seed in by hand in the hard to reach areas and spent a great deal of time at the house. He even brought our trash cans up from the street. The communication and follow up is great as well. While there was no guarantee the yard will be less muddy and we were advised we may not see the full results until spring, we are already seeing improvements. Our dogs are coming in with less mud and the back yard is looking more full. I would recommend Good Nature to anyone needing lawn care.
