We were put on the cancellation list and got a call much sooner than we expected. Chris showed up, in uniform and in a marked vehicle. I was texted and emailed a photo of him before he showed up - so that I would know who I was letting into my house. I was told that they also do a background check. He fixed the leaking pipe, repaired the ceiling that needed a hole cut and installed two bathroom vent fans. He did great work, was friendly and cleaned up completely before he left.
