I found this bakery on yelp and the reviews let me know this was the authentic experience I was looking for. I ordered salt fish ($6 for a big bowl), dumbread with cheese ($2), and a Guava Tart ($2). The salt fish was so flavorful. The dumbread was fresh and the bread was sweet. They also use the thick cheddar cheese and warm it up upon request. The Guava tart was a great treat as well. It had a cinnamon flavor and filled with big chunks of guava fruit and guava jelly. I was completely satisfied and I cannot wait to go back next month to try other things on the menu. They are open nice and early and it's a little red door that can be easy to miss. If you're visiting St. Thomas and looking for a real authentic food experience do not miss out on this place!!! Met the owner & his staff who were extremely knowledgeable, friendly & inviting. We were a big group ordered pretty much one of everything as far as bakery goods. The coconut drops are similar to a scone, but far better. Hope future flavors to come, but these coconut ones are a local favorite. Little muffins are full of flavor and the sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Get the potato salad it's delicious! Beverages: Piña Colada is outstanding. Latte is nice and many local brews to experience. We will be coming back before we head home for more of those coconut drops. A bag full for sure! This is a must stop shop while visiting the island.
