Busted phone? Go here! Had my phone run over at work, cracked and broken screen (display too), and a slightly bent metal frame to boot. Verizon's replacement with their 3rd party insurance would've taken a day for delivery and cost $159.xx which wouldn't be a-ok if I lost the phone or if it was completely destroyed but, it wasn't. My wife told me about the little shop in the mall by GameStop, I decided that it was worth a look see. They charged $60 ($63.xx with tax) an told me to come back in an hour. Either came back a little less than an hour later and the service guy was just putting on a screen protector an snapping my case back on. The screen also comes with a 1 (maybe 2) year warranty (free replacement) for dead pixels etc. I couldn't be happier with the service and attitude of the guy working there, price was excellent compared to Verizon's charge. I've already recommended the place to several friends and decided to make it Yelp official. read more

Drop my phone off over three weeks ago. I have not gotten a call back to see my phone is finished. He lied to me first week. He had the phone and told me that it would be fixed the next day and I could pick it up when I got there he admitted lying because he said I called him many times checking on my phone, I believe that they are a scam and they are trying to steal the iCloud information and the phone itself. There's a scam on that right now and I believe they're in on it so I have no proof because I have no technical. Experience. So I did call Apple and ask them and told them what it was going on and they said that it's definitely sounded like something fishy. I brought my phone in there with a cracked screen, my phone booted up and did go to the next screen and booted up all of my apps and everything. By the time he got the phone he told me that first it was a backlight sensor that the order part had to be ordered and then they had to do testing on it for a week, after that he told me it was the motherboard we had been fried. There was a couple weeks later they have never once called me and told me what the update on the phone has been. I have had to call them several times, and every single time is the same thing I brought it in for testing I brought it in for testing I brought it in for testing you can't fix yourself. Why the fuck you have to send it off to test testing obviously these guys are a scam. Do not bring your phone here if you ever wanna see it again. read more

Took my Daughter's phone to the phone store on the lower level (Cellairis?) after she dropped it off the balcony of our apartment, it didn't even turn on even after they replaced most of the parts and I paid enough money to buy new one. I took it to Wefix, however, and I found that they not only fixed it at a lightning fast speed, but also for an amazing price. I would have given this place 5 stars two weeks ago. Fixed my shattered LGG2 Tmobile screen in a day! Then, 2 weeks later, I'm told the LED screen is cracked. Now, the more I'm reading, the more mad I'm becoming. If the screen shatters, 9 times out of 10, the LED screen breaks along with it on these phones. I was told the phone was bent and that can shatter the LED. I think not. I think it was damaged from shattering the screen and just wasn't told about it. Because when the screen went all crazy two weeks After having it fixed, it was in the same area where it was shattered. I was told it was something different than what I had done previous so it would be another $100 to fix. Guy was nice enough to knock $30 off the SECOND time. So now I'm $170 into this fix. Took it to the them on a Tuesday for the LED, was told no later than Friday. I call, parts not in. I call Saturday, parts not in. I call Monday, told they are in the area, just not to them yet. I am livid by this time. A freaking phone call would have pacified me! Was told it would be fixed that night. WRONG. LED screen is still crazy if you plug it into charger and unplug it. You can SEE the LED screen through the side of the phone! The glass cover was changed again and fitted with a Verizon glass front. It's a tmobile phone! Wondering what happened to the glass front they replaced it with the first time?! I wouldn't be so upset if they just would have said that the glass AND LED screens both needed to be replaced the first time I was there. But to tell me the LED screen just shattered AFTER they replaced the screen ( and in the same place it was when the glass screen broke) is making this worse. And it's still not right. I'll be standing at their kiosk at 9am today. Cheaper is not always better people. If you don't have an iPhone, don't go here. read more

Dropped phone off over 10 days ago and was told the part would be shipped in 3-5 days. Finally called Saturday to see what on earth the hold up was, I was informed the part was still not in, won't be in for 3-5 more days, the person on the phone was rude, wouldn't let me speak with a manager, wouldn't provide a discount considering we were told the phone would be fixed in 3-5 days and it is turning out to be closer to 3 weeks, won't void the contract so we can take it somewhere else, won't provide a loaner phone, refused to call the distributor to see if the process could be sped up. Terrible customer service and frankly considering filing a BBB complaint against the business. Tried to call again today to try to get a manager/owner on the phone and the person who answered the phone HUNG UP ON ME. Don't take your phone here, terrible, terrible customer service and they'll tell you lies to get your business and then basically tell you to eff off when you try to hold them to their end of the deal. Do yourselves a favor, go somewhere else. read more
