These guys were great! My son tried to change a printer cartridge in our Canon desktop printer and didn't push it in all the way, so the carrel was stuck and wouldn't operate. The gentleman and WFP identified the problem right away and rather than charging us an arm and a leg, was able to fix the issue with just a few seconds of tinkering. I was very happy with my experience at WeFixPrinters. When they serviced my printer, they were upfront and honest with the various options that I had, advising me of difficulty to find replacement parts in the future. When said printer kicked the bucket, not too long thereafter, they took it in and went the extra mile to try to find replacement parts that needed to be replaced. I won't say my experience with WeFixPrinters in the past few weeks was perfect because it wasn't, it was actually very far from it however, I won't tell that side of the story because I feel it isn't as important as what they did to make up for it. If I could give this company 20 stars I would. This company is totally awesome. I had an older Epson printer that started having issues with streaky printing (print head). I tried everything including flushing out the print heads. I reached out to WeFixPrinters to see about getting the printer fixed. They asked me some information and I couldn't believe it but they let me know that the printer was still under warranty. They ordered a warranty replacement. He is so busy, but responded to our inquiries by phone and email, making us feel like we were his top priority. My HP printer wasn't printing clean pages. I did all the available maintenance tweaks and nothing worked. Called WeFix. The cheery young lady that answered the phone looked up the serial number and found out it was under warranty. She ordered a replacement that arrived within 10 days. I called Friday at 4 PM with a printer problem as both of my printers went out and rob was here in a heartbeat to fix it and did an amazing job at a very reasonable price! We called 3 times and were told they would call us back. They have not called. We called again today and someone responded that they were closed. Call back January 3rd! I encountered a problem with my Canon iP100 where it failed to function properly. I contacted Canon to initially assist me to resolve the problem over the telephone. Technician did some troubleshooting which failed. I was told by technician that Canon had authorized dealers in my area and was recommended 4 different businesses. The company that I selected was We Fix Printers. I'd contact personnel and arranged a date and time to bring the printer in for repairs on 12/22/25. The manager of the facility did advise that they would be closed during the holidays, which was understandable and no problem. When WeFixPrinters resumed business, I had contacted the company by phone and left several voice mail messages requesting status of the subject printer, and experienced no returned reply. Therefore, on January 7, 2016, at 9:26 AM PST, i sent an email message to company such as: "Please provide status of subject printer since date of 12/22/15. I have made attempts to reach someone at your facility and has left voice mail messages and received lack of response and bad service that I am not used of experiencing from WeFixPrinters." From January the 7th - 12th, still no returned reply. I was very disappointed with the non response and no status. I felt practically ignored. This prompted me to contact Canon and report incident to their attention, since they had recommended WeFixPrinters to. After I'd addressed complaint to Canon. I received an immediate telephone response from WeFixPrinters stating my printer had been repaired and was ready for pick up. I'd driven to their location to pick up printer, and mentioned the no return replies etc., and was provided lame excuse regarding how busy they were which was not acceptable to me as customer. The problem with printer was resolved. I'd experience no further problem with printer itself. Basically I was very displeased with the no return replies upon requesting status. Unfortunately I had to get Canon involved in order to receive any form of communication from WeFixPrinter. read more

They had the same model on Amazon for $400 to buy brand new. I figured if it cost that much to buy, let me find a place to fix. So I found this place on yelp. My printer had an error message. Basically the printer was on its last leg. Took over there. It took about a week and it was good as new. Only cost me $75.
