So I called around, and Mohammed answered the phone when I called Laser Printer Services. He ended up being able to come same day in the late afternoon which I did not expect. He spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting why the paper wouldn't feed. He called his office, requested they send him snapshots of the same printer so he could compare and figure out if something was broken, or just popped out of place. Within a half an hour, he had it working correctly, no replacement parts needed, and it only cost me the amount that he quoted for the diagnostic. This printer doesn't have a lot of miles on it, and it has a lot of great features I like, like wireless and duplex printing, so I couldn't justify replacing it as was suggested by several other companies that I called. Extremely happy - I highly recommend Mohammed.

I called Printer-Repair-Experts.net yesterday morning to see about having a technician come out to…read moreour offices to see what is going on with the printer.  When we send a print job to the printer the printer will not print the job.  The printer will stand there flashing a red light and the display would say to insert paper in tray 1.   I was getting very anxious, so we call the Experts.  The support rep who answered the phone asked me a couple question about my problem over the phone and he was able to figure out what was going on right away.  He explained the the paper tray guides may be out too far and the printer was seeing the trays as another paper size.  The Support said for me to tray removing all the paper from the paper cassette tray and only place a small amount of paper in the tray and to make sure the guides were sitting flush against the paper sides.  Once I did this and closed the paper tray, the device started to print what was in the print queue.  I carfully replaced  the paper in the casstte tray and the printer is printing perfectly once again.  They fixed my problem over the phone and didn't charge for the phone call, very honest.  I will definilty keep your guys number in my cell for any future repairs.  Thank  you soooo much

I looked online and found three companies. The first wanted to charge us $1,160 before taxes, to service the three printers. The second place wanted to charge us $1,070 before taxes. Then I called Laserzone. They would only charge us $766 with taxes for all three! Their labor rate was about the same as the other companies, but they gave us a considerable discount since we were having multiple printers serviced. Their cost for the HP maintenance kits were $75-$99 cheaper than the other places I called. I set up an appointment for Wednesday of this week. They gave me a window of 10-1. The tech showed up within the window and fixed two of the printers in about an hour. He didn't have the parts with him for the third printer, so he told me he would be back later this week. He returned right on time today to service the last printer. I totally recommend Laserzone for printer repair! I would definitely use them again if we needed printers serviced at work, or even if I needed a printer at home worked on. The tech was very professional and friendly, and the office staff were efficient and easy to work with. Plus they have cheap prices and they show up on time. Can't beat that!
