This store is an anemic version of its former self. The shelves are mostly bare. Going in to find…read morethe usual drugstore items is a waste of time, find a Walmart or Walgreens instead. The only reason I have gone in recently was for Scotch tape to wrap a couple gifts and the place is right around the corner. Shockingly they actually had Scotch tape! Rite Aid brand, but close enough. The store is totally embarrassing and I feel bad for the employees, they look so bored. Either stock it or close it. Let another store that's worthwhile take over the space.

Sometimes there is a clerk at the register, sometimes not. There was this time and she told me to go to the pharmacy. Perhaps this seems obvious, but it still helps to have some in-store direction, especially in these days of labor shortages. So, I went back to the pharmacy area, and I could see that there was no way I would be attended to for quite awhile, or even to be able to speak to anybody. So I drove across the street to Wegmans and was pleased with the efficient system in place to get my flu shot quickly and with a minimum of fuss.

The self checkouts were also finicky and a young employee told us we needed to bag our grocery on the right side, which seemed odd, but then another employee told us to bag our groceries on the left side. She has redish hair and a nose piercin…read more omg. she's the rudest and dumbest cashier i've ever met. one time she scanned my items wrong 3 times and was asking me what i wanted to do??? idk how ur cash register works or why u messed up, u please fix it. i was in line with her for like 15 minutes for TWO ITEMS. crazy. then i was with my mom and she was completely ignoring us when we said anything to her. i said have a nice day and she immediately looked at her phone and threw our items to the side and didn't even bag them. i think she might be eating some edibles in the back.

I can't tell you which of the 3 is cheaper because they all seem to be a complete rip off to me. My fave is probably Walgreens but that's like asking "what's your fave death metal band." It's just not my thing. This particular Rite Aid is a typical Rite Aid. I came in here to get some Tylenol and Tums because my food tour partner was, as usual, feeling a little indigestion. You can blame me. As always. They had typically sky high prices and typically average service, so I'll give them my typical rating for an obnoxiously overpriced drug store. Unacceptable. 2) high end electronics behind glass, okay makes sense. Low to mid-priced toys (lego) behind glass? Okay maybe if there's someone around unlock it quickly and easily. But to have toys behind glass and NO ONE around to assist in opening... No thanks. Several times I've had to go across the store to electronics just to get someone to unlock the glass. For toys. No matter what choice you make, you're never truly happy with your self. This location is conveniently located between Transit and Aurora on Broadway, and the prices aren't bad. The pharmacy has a drive thru, but I opted to go to the counter. The girl behind the counter got really weird with me when my license didn't have my correct address (who's does anyways?). But then again, the pharmacy girls were very nice, so I guess I didn't mind some poking and prodding from them. After all, they were only trying to keep the world safe from meth heads. I suppose I'll go back and give this Rite Aid another shot.
