From the initial conference call with Sarah when we were comparing several caterers, their menu proposal perfectly captured the look and feel we wanted. The event was at my sister's house; Peppers arrived early to set up, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy getting ready instead of stressing and scrambling around! Their crew took over every detail like a team of little magical elves, they even brought complimentary décor that perfectly matched our coastal theme. Even the food displays were works of art, and I'm still kicking myself for not taking photos! And then there was THE FOOD!! Genuinely phenomenal, it tasted even better than it looked. We went with stationary hors d'oeuvre displays and tray-passed appetizers before the main stations, and everyone was (and still is!) raving about it. I honestly can't pick a favorite.
