Today I had the Rueben ( awesome) last time the Jenerator which was ham Turkey bacon Swiss with lto and a honey mustard. You won't regret trying this spot. read more

Very nice people, reasonably decent space, a little rundown and dirty bathroom. Everything seems a bit overpriced. Not a lot of choices for vegetarians, the veggie burger was good and the cookie was fair. It's Clinton, after all. A lack of parking due to construction in the area is also an issue. read more

Another reviewer said this place should be condemned, that is absolutely ridiculous. I've never had any concerns about cleanliness or food safety. Service is generally excellent and friendly and the soups, salads, & sandwiches are always tasty. Prices are reasonable. Parking can be a bit of a challenge and I wish they still had the Del's frozen lemonade machine. Don't let the over-entitled yelp terrorists put you off this solid little sandwich shop! read more

I've been coming here for a while. Staff is always pleasant, but extremely disorganized. Best to call ahead. They have very good clam chowder. Today, my sandwich wasn't good. Stale roll, chicken cutlet over cooked, too much mayo. McDs does a better job. read more

I've always had a good experience here. I always get a grilled chicken salad and even though the salads are premade in a cooler they still fresh, and they always put on new gloves to take it out and add chicken. I only wish they were open past 4pm read more

I was excited about this place when it opened as an alternative to Subway. They started out ok, but have since dropped off in quality. Despite having what seems like hundreds of sandwiches on the menu, none of them are very appealing or even normal. You can't get just a normal turkey sandwich. Everything has at least 2-3 different meats and then WAY too much sauce. If you order something grilled, they will microwave the sandwich and then put it in a panini press for less than 10 seconds. This results in a soggy, crushed sandwich. So if you order a grilled cheese, it is literally just a cheese sandwich that they microwave. Gross. Stop doing that! It's not a shortcut, it ruins the sandwich! Also, they are really cheap, but their ingredients are very low quality. Their cookies are mediocre, and their soups are ok. Other than the soggy sandiwches, the staff is a huge problem. There are like 10 people behind the counter and there seems to be no organization whatsoever. One day I was waiting in line to pay with about 10 other people. All 10 or so people behind the counter were making sandiwches, running around, checking their phones, who knows what. Not a single one was checking people out. The guy in front of me had to ask for help to check people out. It's not clear if it's a lack of training or just really poor oversight, but it's incredibly annoying to try and order or try and pay and there are TONS of people working there who refuse to help for whatever reason. The previous reviewer who said that they don't really deliver is right. Our company frequently tries to order lunch from them and they usually say they can't deliver. We are literally across the street. Be sure to check your order before you leave. They frequently give us the wrong sandwiches. read more

The one in Worcester is ok. The one in Clinton is nasty. If I could give minus stars I would. We've eaten there twice. I'm pretty sure the mayo was bad the 2nd time we got sandwiches. It tasted and smelled weird. When I said something about it the older guy (manager?) was really rude. Will not go there ever again! read more

Have yet to have a bad experience at this sandwich shop. Employees may be a bit disorganized, but they are always friendly. Food is delicious, and is prepared and served quickly. I appreciate the fact that you can run in and grab something to heat-up for dinner out of the display case of prepared foods if you're in a rush. read more

This place has changed the way I look at sandwiches! It offers endless types of toppings and they have unique sandwiches on their menu, as well as unique wraps of the day. You need to try their lobster corn chowder because it's absolutely amazing, its usually available Fri and Sat. read more

Exceedingly friendly staff, very cute place, and though I did not try one, the cookies and brownies looked awesome. I did try the 'Spicy Sicilian' and a 'Steak & Cheese'. The food was not bad, but I was disappointed. The steak was a little more fatty than I prefer in a steak and cheese and I did not find a lot of flavor in the meatballs of the Sicilian. I am happy I tried the place, but do not think I will go again. read more

Heard alot of great things decided to try it and I was literally so displeased. I'll pretty much eat anything even if I don't like it, because foods food and I paid for it, but I just couldn't even. The sandwich I ordered had so much dressing/sauce on it that I it just completely slopped apart and I had to eat it in pieces with silverware. The thin bread just made it worse. But that wasn't even my big deal about this place. The avocado I paid extra for, was so rock hard I couldn't even bite into it. Literally could not bite through it, to the point where I don't even know how this woman cut into and pealed an avocado that unripe. Not happy. read more

Great selection and addition to Clinton. The cookies are huge and tasty! And I love the Christine- it's a wheat wrap with chicken salad, honey mustard, onions, bacon, tomato, lettuce. Always very good! I've tried a few other wraps/sandwiches but didn't like them as much. They also do catering for lunch meetings which is nice and affordable. I recommend this place! read more
