Lies. I called my insurance company and they gave me the information they would need and said they can call them to clear up any issues. The drive through line takes a long time but that's normal with Walgreens prescription pickup. I'm sure the pharmacists are doing their best considering the long lines but inside takes a long time too. They are swamped in the pharmacy and don't seem to have many other regular shoppers since so many of their shelves are empty.

An employee named Tracy, every-time she is at the register is rude, not a hello nor a good morning just gives your total with a miserable face. I can't forget to mention an employee that I was informed his name was David at the pharmacy, cause he refused to give me his name when asked. Seems he doesn't wear his name tag, if that was his actual name, he is a person with such a terrible condescending attitude when you inquire about your medications etc. They only get business because there are only 2 Walgreens in the city and they are far apart. I'm happy I moved from Charlottesville and get to visit a different Walgreens in my new city where they do know what customer service is all about. Save yourself a headache and visit a CVS while in Charlottesville.
