I have had 3 massages here, each time I was completely happy with my service. I personally ask for a massage on the bed in back because I need neck, shoulders, & back. This a a standard massage style. They charge a $1/min & a 60 min massage includes hot stones. They also offer foot massages & chair massages. All the staff is very polite. Most of the staff doesn't not speak a lot of English but they understand what type of massage you want & are very professional. I came in one day just checking the mall out and I stumbled across this place. I got the 30 minute chair massage. The price is very reasonable and the results were very good. I'm accustomed to having regular massage so I'm used to the deeper pressure. I was very pleased when I stood up to have the massage high from all the toxins being realeased. Had a 60 minute combo (chair body/foot) massage and it was GREAT. It was about half the cost of a 60 minute massage at Urban Nirvana (my usual spot) after tip. Sure, it's not as relaxing and you're clothed. But--if your schedule doesn't allow you to make an appointment ahead of time or if you just wanted an impromptu massage, this place is awesome. Know some folks are hesitant to consider a mall massage, but here to tell you this place is clean and zen like. The staff are professional and qualified. If looking for weak relaxing massage they can accommodate, but I want recommend WEI for those of us that really enjoy a good working over. I like knots broken up and a strong hand. Every masseuse I have encountered can do that and actively listens to you and your body. One time I actually got a bonus chiropractic session - lots of pops and cracks. Awesome. Other services include reflexology and acupressure. If only have a few minutes, they also offer the airport like chair massages. The price is right, too! A few things.... 1. Within 2 minutes of me walking in there, I heard a man snoring from a foot reflexology massage SO I KNEW THIS PLACE WAS WORTH IT. I got a 30 min neck, shoulder and back chair massage. 2. They absolutely take walk ins. My wait time was said to be 9 minutes. I'm sure it was barely 5. 3. That man went to WORK on the knots I had. At first he was a bit heavier with his methods, however I very quickly began to relax and release all the tension he was working out. 4. Customer service was 4.5/5. 5. You are in the mall, there is no door when you enter and they are right beside a kid play place. The kid play place does have windows and a door so it's not as loud. However the true quiet and peaceful ambiance isn't fully there. The mall chatter and sounds is not obnoxious or too interrupting of you enjoying your massage. Hence my 4 star review (and the mention of the snoring patron who clearly enjoyed getting their service). Please go if you have time and are in the area. read more

I was a little hesitant going in, but I needed a massage and this was the only place that I could get a walk-in appointment. It doesnt look like much and the ambience is a little lacking, but this was one of the best massages I have ever had. I sometimes struggle to get a massage with enough pressure to hep work out the knots and tension I hold in my shoulders. This lady literally got on the table to grind her elbows into my back and pounded me with her fists. It. Was. Awesome. I know it's working when I can audibly hear things popping inside my muscles. $60 for 60 minutes and they took me as a walk in with no wait. Wei Massage is probably not everyone's cup of tea- you can hear kids screaming from the mall and you are basically in a cubicle with a shower curtain drawn for privacy, but if you don't care about that and are looking for a quality massage at a good price, go here! read more

This place does the best messages for the prices! I hurt my neck recently and couldn't move and got a 30 min chair massage which basically fixed it! I probably will stop going to spas or other clinics who charge $80-$100 for hour massages. They do such a great job here and especially if you like deep tissue! Another perk is that it's next to the Outslide In playground at the mall, so you can take turns with your spouse while one gets massaged and the other stays back with the children, you're welcome! read more

The guys here do a really good job. They work on the knots, and when they finish, I always feel better. This is my go to spot in between my monthly massage appointments. The prices are very reasonable, and they offer chair massage, table massage, and foot reflexology. The people are always very nice and welcoming. Just had a massage here. Price is great and the convenience of no appt needed is nice but they are lacking in customer service. They took me to a room with no communication as to how to prepare for the service so I requested help. Pressure was way too much and was painful at times. The masseuse used very little lotion so it was constant pressure on the muscles with no relaxation during the massage. Massages should be a combination of both. If you are looking for a relaxing massage, this is not the place. I did the 60 min and all of the work was done with me laying on my stomach. I did not turn over for massage at all. read more

The 40 minute $40 massage I got here was better than every 60min, $100 massage I have had an high end spas around Charleston. Simon listened to my problems and promptly got down to business. He used some pretty intense acupressure techniques to help loosen up the knots and checked in to make sure it wasn't too much. The experience reminded me a bit of the no-nonsense massage parlors in Thailand - a bit rough around the edges but effective. I left in a trance and more importantly, much more relaxed and pain-free. This is not a frou-frou place. I elected a table with a curtain, but you remain fully dressed so I would recommend arriving in comfortable clothes. There is privacy and they are playing relaxing music, but the shopping mall noise could be heard as well. If you need some serious work done (as apposed to just wanting a spa experience), I recommend trying them out. I came at the recommendation of my physical therapist and will return. read more

My massage was wonderful $30 for 30 mins neck and back and legs focused on areas I asked for and used lots of good pressure. My husband got a 30 min massage and the guy did not listen to him at all and used very light pressure and was a total waste of time and money. My husband even stood up 10 mins in and said he wanted to stop and the guy said he would use more pressure and then didn't listen. It all depends on who you get. Make sure you really explain to them your terms and pressure you want ahead of time and just stop if they aren't doing what you want. I was content but very disappointed in my husbands experience. I went there yesterday and opted for the 60 minute table massage. I had some lower muscle pain that I wanted to get worked out. The massage was great. My only regret is when they start massaging their fingers really hard and you think you like that type of small subtle pain tell them to back off. The next day my muscle pain was gone but now I'm sore from the heavy massage. I'm not disappointed but there is a trade off of pains. I will also add at one point I was in a deep sleep and woke myself up from snoring. I will go back again, but I will have them tone the pressure down a bit next time. read more

My husband who usually never has a issue with massages also felt the way that I did, which was how rough they were with you.
