One appointment was entered incorrectly although the receptionist and I agreed on the date and time with me repeating the information and she concurring with me when made.  Another appointment I called to cancel over a week earlier but discovered by accident days later it was still scheduled.  I emailed my therapist and stated: " I really enjoyed our sessions and found you competent and personable.   If your receptionist is coached on her mistakes I'd be happy to continue with you.  If she is defensive or non receptive I can not. Let me know how you would like to proceed". The therapist did apologize but neither the receptionist nor office manager felt obliged to.  I was told my future appointments have been canceled.   I wrote her back saying I know I canceled them. This is the second time I've tried Pivot PT.  There won't be a third.
