I was told they accepted my insurance, but I was never informed that they were out of my insurance network, which resulted in unexpected charges that could have been avoided with proper disclosure. After my appointment, I had to call three separate times just to have my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Instead of simply resolving the issue, I was charged for an additional office visit on my third call, even though I was only following up on a request that should have been handled after my original appointment. To make matters worse, I have also experienced billing issues, including what I believe are overcharges on my account. I have contacted the billing department twice and was promised a follow-up each time, yet I have never received a return call or any resolution. As a patient, I expect transparency, accurate billing, and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in every one of those areas. I hope they improve their communication, billing practices, and follow-through so future patients don't have the same experience.

I saw the sign on the door telling their customers to call and let them know you've arrived, then wait in the car for them to allow you to enter. (We do something similar at my job.) I arrived early, by the way. Well, I did as instructed and called. No answer. I waited a few minutes and tried again. No answer. Then I tried another time as it was now getting close to my appointment time. No answer. I saw other people just walking in. I guess that sign was a suggestion? So I walked in and let the receptionist know that I had followed protocol and no one responded to me. She looked overwhelmed and didn't seem to have a grip on the her skills. (I also check in people at a front desk and it requires multitasking... sometimes I feel like an octopus handling several things at once.) Well, this poor woman was more like a sloth, sad to say. I waited another 15 minutes in the waiting room, now 45 minutes before I was called back. It was my first time here, and I didn't have a good first impression. Jessica took care of my procedure and that went fine. She walked me out and the receptionist who was supposed to take my payment was flustered and couldn't manage it so Jessica check me out and apologized. This facility cannot keep management/ staff and over charging for visits . They're practically rude and unfair when it comes to insurance. the wait times be longer than usual. When I come on Fridays it's always " no rooms " or there's always a wait to be seen. You have 2 providers that are always rude everytime I get them and they never satisfied my needs . Restore literally is a life saver…read more As in, they actually saved my life. I was malnourished after being sick for a long period and unable to hold food down. It's not the first time this has happened to me, and I knew what would happen in the ER; I also knew I'd be waiting at the ER for a long time to be seen. I'd seen a promotion for Restore and had heard of IV vitamin drips before, so I got a ride--I couldn't drive safely--and came in. They have a very nice facility that doesn't feel cold and insensitive, unlike a hospital. I was able to lay out on a reclined chair of sorts, while the staff--who are all warm, friendly people!--hooked me up to the IV. The moment the drip began, I could LITERALLY FEEL how effective these drips are; I stopped being dizzy, my muscles relaxed. . .and by the end? I was INSANELY hungry--for the first time in way too long! Thankfully, the location in Short Pump is surrounded by really great restaurants! I've also come here for cyro, which I'd done before at a different business that didn't survive 2020. I have a condition that causes a LOT of pain, and while it's not my favorite thing to hop into because, you know, it's colder than you have EVER BEEN, it WORKS! I routinely come in and get treatments like hBOT, cyro, and the vitamin drips. For someone with a chronic disease, Restore is ESSENTIAL. I enrolled and became a member as I checked out of my first visit, and unlike other places, it's a membership I use often! If you have chronic illness, this place is where you want to be.

By day 3 she was so lethargic and dehydrated she could hardly walk. I brought her to Restore out of desperation - having never been. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.
