My husband and I received a gift to float. We never have done this before and had no expectations. Well, let me tell you, we will definitely be back to do this again. The facility was gorgeous and clean. Staff was very helpful. Floating was wonderful--- relaxing and soothing. I actually fell asleep. It was totally dark, and we had no issues with feeling claustrophobic but if you do, you can leave the door open on the gloat booth. I highly recommend! read more

Perfect place to destress and detox during this stressful time. I prefer the infrared sauna over the floats but that is just me. The facility and staff are calm and relaxing. The lighting sets the mood. The décor is clean lines and inviting. Upon arrival, you exchange your shoes for their bath-type plastic sandals. Each time I have come, there was a wait time in the entrance. Sometimes others have been checking out/in or the staff is busy in the back. Since COVID-19, Weightless has staggered start times so clients can properly social distance. Your waiver includes general information in addition to questions regarding COVID-19. Everyone is masked in the general areas. Supplies have been exchanged for those easily to clean or for individual use only. Their website makes it easy to schedule your float/sauna or to purchase products. Massages are not available at this time. The sauna or the float are good options for those of us that typically have bodywork, like massages, but have to avoid them to reduce risk of obtaining communicable diseases. Weightless provides information on how their systems/facilities are maintained to reduce this exposure and how the sauna and floats themselves actually prevent the growth of these viruses. So, I visited with confidence. I brought along my own water bottle which I highly recommend. There is water and tea available in the sitting area. I also brought along a regular sized bath towel because I prefer these over the hand towels and wash cloths provided. I am adding the sauna to my health protocol. I've been to many float places in my travels and they are always something that I enjoy doing. One thing that stood out to me about this location is the atmosphere outside of the tanks in the relaxation/lounge area. It has the perfect vibe for setting the mood and integrating the experience afterwards. Those are such crucial aspects of getting the most out of a float and this is one of the finest spaces I've ever been to in that regard. Can't wait to go back to try some yoga and other services next time I am in town. Every time I float I am reminded that I should float more. It's a creative and contemplative catalyst for me and I always walk away from a float center with a new insight about a solution to some issue in my life or new creative possibility for my future. Everyone should give floating at least 3 tries. My first two were really nice, but I didn't fully settle in until my third time and each has gotten better ever since. read more

The facility is not only managed by an extraordinary collection of cool cats, but it's impeccably clean, hip in decor, fresh and inviting. My experience at Weightless Float Center was wonderful. I did a 90 minute float session followed by a 60 minute massage with Candace. She was great! This place really does create and prolong a balanced complete zen moment. This was not my first experience floating. My first time was in Colorado. I loved it but there were no places local to float. I am so glad to welcome this wonderful place to the community and proud to say that my experience was perfect! The place was clean and hospitable prior to floating. Everything was explained thoroughly. The showers were stocked with good soaps and shampoos. The float tanks were a relaxing and enjoyable experience. After floating we stayed and relaxed on the sofa. Floating was a very unique experience. I will be telling everyone about it! I booked my visit right on Yelp they have really accommodating business hours. The facility is very upscale with an amazing ambiance that makes you just want to let go and enjoy some "me" time. I find myself to be very high strung and relax is not something I do easily. Going into the experience I wasn't sure I could let go. The first few mins in the tank I was having a hard time finding a comfortable position but I settled in nicely and the rest of the time flew by! They really go above and beyond to be sure you are comfortable and know what to expect. I appreciated the extra toiletries like lotion and hair products that I was not expecting for the shower after. I went here for my first visit and while I enjoyed it, I learned a lot that will make it better next time. Read all of the tips online and take them as true. Any tiny scratch will burn in the floating solution! If you are hungry it will be difficult to relax. The environment was lovely--very private and spa like and clean. read more

I had my first float experience coupled with 40min infrared sauna. I have been reading The Power of Now and meditating and this was such a great experience to compliment these things! You can definitely customize your experience by having the float tank door open or closed, room lights off or on, float tanks off or on, and nude or not. It's definitely an unusual experience not really knowing what you're going into for the first time, but now that I've been, I want to go back! So relaxing and really like an enhanced level of meditation if that's even possible! Of course, the infrared sauna was lovely. I've been in saunas before and I'm not sure if I noticed any effects from just one session but I did notice my allergies cleared up for the rest of the day, which is something I had been battling with the few days prior. If you're looking for alternative ways to connect with yourself, relax, and feel good, definitely try this out! read more

The only reason I am giving this place four stars is because of my personal experience with the weightless float. But first let me review my massage. I got a massage a few weeks ago by Becky and it was wonderful! She really focused on my problem areas (lower back, neck, shoulders) and I felt so relaxed and less tense when I was done. She was very calming and sweet. Now for the float, I went in for the float this past weekend. This was my first time so I did not know how it would feel. The main reason I did not enjoy the float is because once I was in the pod for a few minutes, every part of my body that I experience pain was hurting twice as much. I don't know if this is normal or not, but seriously I felt like I had just gone through intensive physical therapy. I couldn't last the whole 90 mins (I was in and out for about 30 mins), but thankfully Chelsea took care of me and gave me two sauna credits to make up for that. I appreciate her doing that for me, because I really did expect to enjoy this float but it just did not work out for me. So I guess this review is more of a heads up for people with pre-existing body pain who plan on doing the float. I will definitely come back for the massages, but I think the float just wasn't meant for me. read more

This was my first trip to Weightless Float Center and I could not be more impressed. I was able to book a my first infrared sauna online and the process was very straightforward and simple. One thing to mention is if you are wanting to have another person in the sauna, the online booking does not have the option for a single time slot. To accomplish this you will just need to enter it in the notes section of your booking or call and mention. I was able to let them know when I arrived and had no issue at all. From the moment we arrived, the staff was knowledgeable and helped make my first sauna experience amazing. The woman helping us made sure to show us how to use the sauna controls, provided plenty of water, extra towels, and even offered fresh tea. The location is a very relaxing environment with low lighting, light music, plenty of seating and books to read while you wait. I will definitely be back for a float or another sauna session. read more

It had been years since previous message and Candice provided the right amount of pressure to help restore the muscles without sending waves of lactic acid around. It took some getting used to initially to really relax while floating, but after getting into it it was great.The owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. I was shocked at how much I enjoyed my floating experience. As the mother of two young children, spending an hour and a half in darkness and silence with no one touching me, needing me, or talking to me was very relaxing. When I was done, I felt like I had been "reset". The time slots are 2 hours giving you about 1.5 hours to float, 20 minutes to shower, and 10 minutes for someone to clean the room. Weightless is clean and peaceful and offers a spa experience, though it's different than anything I've ever done before. read more

My first time floating, I was skeptical at first. Greg and Chelsea helped me every step of the way. We arrived at 8:50 am, still a little sleepy. Undressed, took a quick rinse, and hopped in a tank. (naked is the way to go) Floating was such a peaceful experience. I've practiced meditation on and off for 10 years now, with varying degrees of success. This was a perfect way to relax, doze, turn off my brain, and be open to pure consciousness. 90 minutes turned out to be the perfect amount of time. (though in the last ten minutes i turned the lights on and splashed around a bit ) Afterwards I showered again. (with their array of soaps and shampoos, I didn't bring a thing ) Put on a robe and went out to chill and wait for my friend. To my delight Greg let me check out the Sauna for a quick sweat (even though i hadn't booked it) The Sauna would have been perfect for a couple but my friend felt a little dehydrated and opted to hang out in the yoga room. They provided her with a mat and she stretched for a while. Then we rejoined in the private lounge, drank a cup of tea and signed the guest book. I was tempted to stay and read out of their amazing Tom Robbins' collection but it was already 11:15 and we were ready for some food. It was a great way to start the day. 30 hours later and I haven't had a negative thought yet. I'm still feeling relaxed and calm and happy. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I've been to a few float centers and this is my favorite (but unfortunately not my regular spot). Really lovely, relaxing space. Check in is easy. The rooms are clean and don't have a smell, like some other places. Any gear you need is provided. The tanks are easy to use. You'll get complete darkness in the float pod room - after the timed light outside of the tank goes out. The staff will chat out questions and other thoughts with you. So if you are new to floating, don't hesitate to ask. Lots of interesting books in the post-float relaxing room. Check it out! read more
