They don't try to get you to do something that's not covered under your insurance (like fluoride), nor do they come up with all these 'problems' you somehow managed to get since your last 6 month checkup. I've had some really terrible dentists over the years who have tried to sell me on things I don't need or who told me I had 6 cavities on my next visit (!) The front desk here is great, I get in right on my appt time and am out the door feeling great instead of frustrated. The ladies at the front desk were sweethearts. My hygienist was amazing. She explained all the steps of the exam and cleaning and really put my mind at ease. The cleaning was painless and now my teeth are sparkly and white. Plus, no cavities. Dr. Miller was smiling, friendly and pleasant - great bedside manner. Clean office. Short wait time. I'll definitely be back!

However having to wait 3 weeks for an appt for a painful toothache was not acceptable.
