When asked if they had more Toto elsewhere, the staff said they could order online for us and it would be cheaper than getting it from Toto directly. I have purchased a vanity (Fresca Lucera 24-in Espresso) from Lowes made by Fresca. DecorPlanet imports this product. After 2 years of complaining about various defects of this floating vanity and spending $2000 on the product and installation, DecorPlanet is offering me only excuses and no resolution. I would never purchase a Fresca product again and highly recommend you purchase your item from a different vendor. There are many more competitive vendors that sell better products and have better customer service that you can purchase from.
