I have been going to that pharmacy for literally decades, but since it has changed ownership, the pharmacist has been rude, and I have been having trouble getting prescriptions filled. For example, I asked for a prescription to be transferred and delivered three days ago. They called me today around 11am and told me that my prescription was ready. I reminded them that I asked for the prescription to be delivered. They claim they tried to call me two days ago. I know that they didn't, because the call was not listed on my phone's call log. In addition, I wanted to know why they were calling me when I had already arranged for them to deliver the prescription, why wasn't it just delivered? To add insult to injury, they then told me that the delivery driver had already left and that they would not be able to deliver it until Monday. This is pain medication! When I spoke to the pharmacist who said his name was Muhammad, first, he said he was the manager. When I asked to speak to the owner, he then said he was the owner. When I informed him that I had been getting my family's prescriptions there for years and that I was considering going to another pharmacy and filing a complaint because of the consistent poor service since he took over, he very rudely said "go ahead". Then after I hung up, someone for the pharmacy called me to tell me my prescription was ready. I asked who was the manager? He wanted to know why I wanted to know and then he hung up. I am sick, and I am in pain, and I do not need to go through this extra stress. Treating patients like this is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I will be filing a complaint.

So i get the right bottle & head back to the cashier who makes me wait while she checks out not 1, not 2, but 3 other customers. I am standing right at the front of the line mind you. Her explanation is she has to call to the back to confirm what happened during the price check. My smile and nod said sure but my brain said wtf??? i would not still be here if items were labeled right, and why didn't the staff person escort me back to checkout to assure everything went smoothly. Our stuff is always filled timely and we can pick it up with hours that we can get there. The place we are going now has no Saturday hours and they close at 5. It's very hard to get there when you are sitting on the beltway in traffic. Everyone is beyond friendly and always willing to listen. I just cannot compliment them enough! This review is for Walmart-Arbutus Maryland. I ordered 4 tires from Walmart.com. The tires were…read moreshipped to Walmart Arbutus in 3 days. The brand of tires were "Yokohama Geolandar" to be installed by Walmart service center. The appointment was for 9 am. I waited in their service center 1 hour & 15 minutes, before they pulled my vehicle in the Bay area. I ask, why someone having an appointment, was it necessary for them to wait over an hour. Their response was, because "we had to wait for the 10 am guy to arrive." At this point the service tech told me I needed a key to take the lugs off. Well, I had the vehicle for 11 years and no one ever ask me for a key. My vehicle is a Lexus RX 350. In the past I've taken it to Lexus dealership and they never ask for a key, presumingly they had a universal or master key that would fit many vehicles. Well, Walmart stated they didn't have keys and could not get the lugs off to install the tires. Needless to say, I took my 4 tires packing them in my truck went a half block down the street to "J's Tires" on Patapsco Ave. They took the lugs off the rims, mounted, balanced and installed my new tires too. My tires look great, installed by "J's Tires" and do not recommend going to Walmart Arbutus for any auto service needs.
