I've never seen so many different grocery stores, in one location. If you can't find what you want…read morein Lancaster County, then.. what gives?? Swimming with the ladies at gym and one of them goes on about Green Hills grocery store and how there's a line out the door, on saturday morning. Now you got me as I lean closer towards her. She continues, excitedly and exclaims how wonderful their deli section is. Of course, the Yelper that I am, has to go and check out this grocery store. Though it's set-up is similar to Aldi, it also reminds me of Marshalls. There is a deli and their prices for meat and cheese are at least $4 off per pound, from the other nearby grocery stores. Yes; it's true and the selection looks good. Their grab and go section, has huge hoagie sandwiches, priced at $5.99 and enough to feed two people, piled high slices of swiss and salads. Green Hills has lots of snacks, granola bars, hot sauces, a little of this and that, no beef/chicken/poultry, sparse veg and fruit, limited household and hygiene products. There is a small selection of frozen foods, where I happened to spot Little Debbie ice-cream! Be sure to check the expiration dates on products, some items I've seen had expired. There are lots of good and unexpected buys for the savvy shopper.

When I went to pick up our order, Amanda provided us with a gluten-free substitute dessert for one of the box lunches and helped me load the lunches into my car. We will definitely order from Oregon Dairy again!

A lot to see and do with the kids and overall a great family friendly atmosphere that's safe and has a little something for everyone , young and old . They have the coolest market with a lot of local produce, baked goods, jams, and fruit butters. A bulk candy section and fair prices. The model toy train is so cute and is a bonus for kids of all ages to watch. It goes around the track at the top of the store and also runs through a track in their sit down restaurant. I will say we decided to eat dinner there and we had the salad bar, and sandwiches. Salad bar had fresh options and delicious soups that tasted homemade. My only disappointment was, Sadly, the eggs in the sandwiches we ordered tasted premade and reheated, not made to order scrambled eggs and they tasted like they could have been powdered? Overall though, it was a nice time. The restaurant is also family friendly and accessible for those with disabilities that may require a wheelchair. The staff seemed friendly and our service was very good. Not a long wait time. Overall it's a wonderful establishment and the market is incredibly loaded to the rafters with goodies sure to please everyone. The Ice cream for dessert was delicious too. I would recommend Oregon Dairy. Not just for the great market and gift shop, but it's a cool place to bring the kids with an outdoor playground area and different seasonal activities.
