Last week I moved furniture around in my home, re-purposing some pieces, donating some pieces to Salvation Army Thrift Store (also a great place to shop!) all to change up the look in my decor and scale down the size. Finding one display cabinet and a gorgeous French bistro'ish table later I was happy. Of course, waking up at 3am and realizing my Ethan Allen chairs were NOT going to come close to coordinating with the perfect table, meant one more trip for the chairs the store had coordinated in a display with the table! Delivery of the table and display cabinet was within a week, I took the chairs in my car, and done! There's everything here. Furniture, lamps, wall decor, area rugs. All styles, all prices, all ready to go. The employees who staff the intake area are just delightful, helping carry items to the donation area in the rear of the store from your car to the holding bins. I do a Swedish Death Cleansing about every 4 months, so I always have items piling up in the back seat of my car, waiting to go. Also, pro tip: if you're lucky to lose a little weight and your clothes are looser than normal, clean 'em up and donate! It makes it less likely that you'll creep back into that bigger size if they're gone and someone else is looking good! Inside, the store is bright, staffed well, the items are out to sell and if you don't see what you want today, go back tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow. New things are always to be found. And you'll feel pretty good for supporting a charity that actually benefits people in our local community.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Lies, non-existent customer service, missed delivery dates, zero communication, and…read moreconstant excuses. I waited months for a furniture purchase while delivery dates were missed multiple times, with delays disclosed only after I repeatedly chased the store for updates. There was zero proactive communication throughout the process. I've had the great misfortune and displeasure of having to deal with Anthony Goode, one of the proprietors. He needs to get a serious lesson in customer service and hospitality or get out of the retail business. After the second missed delivery, he was unapologetic, deflected responsibility, and refused to provide a guaranteed delivery date. When asked to put everything in writing--including delivery commitments or compensation--he insisted on phone calls only, an apparent attempt to avoid a written record. After extensive back-and-forth and continued refusal to provide basic accountability or a firm delivery date, I was forced to cancel the order. Despite this, the business has refused to issue a refund of my 50% deposit. This is an unscrupulous and deceptive business operation that avoids transparency and accountability at every turn. Save yourself the time, stress, and money--do not shop here. Buyer beware!!!

Nathan was completely gracious and very experienced with the creative and sales process. I returned to Atlanta to share some thoughts about a sectional sofa that I saw while in Boston.
