Routine dental cleaning and examination…read more I was a little apprehensive about changing my dentist to Dr. Hadadi, but after my second visit to her office, and being assisted by Emily and Sandra, they made me feel very comfortable and were very polite. Dr. Hadadi is very thorough with explaining treatment for good dental health, and makes referrals as needed, she also is patient and takes her time with her procedure, in my case, I had to have a filling, and I didn't feel rushed or any pain, just pressure and a little discomfort, she talked me through the steps she would use, before doing so, which reassured me prior to feeling anything. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work that was done on my teeth by Dr. Hadadi, her bedside manners and excellent service she provided. The hygienist did an amazing job with cleaning my teeth, she spent time polishing, flossing, making sure I had no tarter build up on each tooth, and gave me a good mouth rinse, I definitely can say she cares about having clean teeth. The only thing I didn't get before leaving the office, was a bag that contained a new tooth brush, floss, and toothpaste, not to sure if that is provided, but I did schedule my next cleaning six months out as advised while checking out. I will be recommending Dr. Hadadi to my family and friends.

Sitting in my car, I already felt the anxiety building because dental visits can be nerve-racking for me. When I checked my appointment again, I realized I was actually scheduled at Fair Lakes Family Dentistry, so I drove over hoping this experience would be different. The moment I walked in, the beautiful lobby and welcoming staff immediately shifted the tone. A.D., the dental assistant, called me back and introduced herself with such warmth that my guard began to lower. Our conversation felt natural and calming, which helped me relax before the appointment even began. Then I met Corey, the dental hygienist. When he spoke, I noticed his accent and asked where he was from. When he said Memphis, I smiled instantly--because I'm from Memphis too, born and raised. That small moment of connection turned what could have been a stressful appointment into something much more human. Corey listened as I shared my past dental concerns and experiences. His empathy, patience, and attentiveness made me feel like a person, not just a patient. As a counselor, I deeply value when professionals create a space where someone feels seen, heard, and respected. Corey did exactly that. When I declined, I asked for a standard cleaning--the reason I scheduled the visit--but was told they would not perform it because the dentist had already diagnosed periodontal disease. So I left without receiving any cleaning at all. What really raised a red flag: when I said I couldn't afford the treatment, they suddenly lowered the price. By then, the trust was gone. At my first visit Dr Song addressed my concerns of the ownership change right away and she even offers me warranty on my previous filling with previous owner. Dr Song is very nice and patient and she never tried to cross sell unnecessary treatments. She would provide options pros and cons and let me choose my own treatment plan, she is honest and transparent with the process. She is very fun to chat with as well, great bedside manner. Also the wait is always short and the staffs are all friendly, there are free drinks in waiting area and little goodie bag upon departure, what not to like?
