Stephanie greeted me with such warmth and genuine care. When I shared that I was new to the area and feeling a bit nervous, she didn't just acknowledge it--she took action. She offered me a tour of the office to help ease my anxiety, which made a world of difference. During that visit, I even had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Griffin, which immediately made me feel more comfortable and confident in my decision to return. At my appointment on March 16th, the exceptional service continued. Every single person I encountered was patient, kind, and incredibly attentive--they truly made me feel valued. Hailey was amazing--gentle, thorough, and reassuring throughout my X-rays and cleaning. I'm so happy she'll be my hygienist going forward. Dr. Steib-Griffin took the time to clearly walk me through my treatment plan, prioritizing what needed attention first and making sure I felt informed every step of the way. The financial portion was also explained in a clear, respectful, and stress-free manner. I can confidently say I've found my dental home. Routine dental cleaning and examination…read more I was a little apprehensive about changing my dentist to Dr. Hadadi, but after my second visit to her office, and being assisted by Emily and Sandra, they made me feel very comfortable and were very polite. Dr. Hadadi is very thorough with explaining treatment for good dental health, and makes referrals as needed, she also is patient and takes her time with her procedure, in my case, I had to have a filling, and I didn't feel rushed or any pain, just pressure and a little discomfort, she talked me through the steps she would use, before doing so, which reassured me prior to feeling anything. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work that was done on my teeth by Dr. Hadadi, her bedside manners and excellent service she provided. The hygienist did an amazing job with cleaning my teeth, she spent time polishing, flossing, making sure I had no tarter build up on each tooth, and gave me a good mouth rinse, I definitely can say she cares about having clean teeth. The only thing I didn't get before leaving the office, was a bag that contained a new tooth brush, floss, and toothpaste, not to sure if that is provided, but I did schedule my next cleaning six months out as advised while checking out. I will be recommending Dr. Hadadi to my family and friends.

Sitting in my car, I already felt the anxiety building because dental visits can be nerve-racking for me. When I checked my appointment again, I realized I was actually scheduled at Fair Lakes Family Dentistry, so I drove over hoping this experience would be different. The moment I walked in, the beautiful lobby and welcoming staff immediately shifted the tone. A.D., the dental assistant, called me back and introduced herself with such warmth that my guard began to lower. Our conversation felt natural and calming, which helped me relax before the appointment even began. Then I met Corey, the dental hygienist. When he spoke, I noticed his accent and asked where he was from. When he said Memphis, I smiled instantly--because I'm from Memphis too, born and raised. That small moment of connection turned what could have been a stressful appointment into something much more human. Corey listened as I shared my past dental concerns and experiences. His empathy, patience, and attentiveness made me feel like a person, not just a patient. As a counselor, I deeply value when professionals create a space where someone feels seen, heard, and respected. Corey did exactly that. Even during the procedure, everything was handled with gentle care and reassurance. Instead of feeling tense the entire time like I normally do at the dentist, I actually felt safe. I told her I forgot and asked if I could still come in. I was about 40 minutes late and still taken care of. She was very nice and pleasant. She made future appointments for myself and my daughter to ensure we were seen before the year is up to get our cleanings in, I also like the fact that they will call you the day before to remind you of your appointment. My x-ray tech was fine. That process went smooth, no issues. She was also kind and respectable. Here's where the issue begins....I had to have a deep cleaning done. I was told it would be would be performed by the doctor. I'm assuming it was the other doctor because I know for a fact it wasn't the one/owner I saw before. This woman had on black scrubs and was slender. Throughout the entire procedure, water was everywhere; just pooling all around my neck, to the back of my neck and down my back. My shirt was soaked, the little bib they give you was completely destroyed. It was like a 5 year doing something and making a total mess. She was called away for a moment, then another lady came in with pink scrubs on to finish where she left off. The entire time she was in my mouth, doing the exact same thing there was absolutely no water running down my shirt or anywhere else. She had the suction placed in the properly in my mouth to catch the spraying water. It was a complete day and night experience. If I have to see that other Dr again I will not be going back. However, I did receive a parting gift at the end of my appointment. It was a toothbrush, mouthwash and floss. That didn't make up for the poor experience but it was something, I guess,
