Being basically deaf in a mask covered world makes an already difficult situation impossible. What I needed was some kind of work around while my aids were being repaired. What I got was: 1. The units are 3 years old and not under warranty- which I already knew. 2. They would need a $250-$300 deposit before sending them in to be repaired. This was a per piece price. The company wants a 10% upfront payment for NOT meeting the sales brochure. 3. I am on my own until the pieces are returned. Estimate was 2 weeks. Did I mention I AM DEAF without them. I need a work around. I do not mind paying for services rendered. It costs money for technical help and I understand that. I NEEDED A WORK AROUND. What I got was hearing aids that do not work correctly and the chore of trying to find someone somewhere that will help me.

They never called for me, i have a ruptured eardrum and almost died from it, my ear was previously ruptured i got an ear infection and it ruptured again. Anyway i was in the hospitol 5 days running antibiotics through me. Our primary care told me that Cheyenne may need her tonsils and adenoids out before xmas. I called them she said ahe hadn't got the referral that they would call me when they got it and when they could make her an app. Mind you my daughter has had this congestion thing for 4 months at this time. Anyway long story short, they schedule her an app. And dont even bother to tell me, so of course she dont make it, i didnt know. So i call Tuesday to see if they finally got her referral or what and the receptionist procedes to tell me she was a no show and i would have to talk to her supervisor that they would call me. More waiting as my child is still sick. So today of course i have to call som1 so i just call my primary care, Generations in Chelsea which is wonderful to me and my family, and Amy did everything she could to try to get them to reshedule her but of course now theu wont c her, they cant reschedule her theu said and she told my dr. Office that she was going to call but did not. I had to find out the hard way , which i am at work, this is rediculous! Now i gotta start all over and get my daughter referred again to somone else. This pour baby has nk choice but to deal w people like this, they have no heart and dang sure is not in it for the patients. But then again its probably just the receptionist that works for him that obviously dont like to do her job or should i say DONT do her job. Because she DID NOT call me at all. And im talking about 2 different patients here that they had no idea we was even related. So save yourself some valuable time and find another ENT dr. Or bypass the girl that answers the phone and dont depend on them to call you thats for sure!!

During my last visit…read moreto service my ears(which I will do on a quarterly basis) I mentioned about how miserable I had been feeling otherwise. She asked if I had ever been allergy tested. I was straight up honest with her and told her in 46 yrs of life I had never been tested. So we set the appointment for testing(had to be off any previous allergy medicine,supplements for 7 days, just taking my regular prescription) I made it 9 days, because we had to reschedule the appointment, do to another issue. But overall, I was tested for environmental allergies.(at the time of this review I go back in the afternoon to get my results). I actually had a preconceived notion of what to expect for testing, but it went really smoothly surprisingly. (My husband and I are hoping after the holidays to get me in for the food side of the testing), since I had never had that testing as well. When the testing took place it was done with what looked like pin pads vs scratching.Which was great because that meant the ability to do more than one sample at a time. The nurse who administered the test did a great job of keeping me talking and that helped me not to notice what was going on.My husband was with me to keep my mind off things as well, which was a blessing. So if you are looking for an allergist to help,you get things sorted out, Dr.Humphrey and her staff is the way to go! It's been 1 week today, and the Dr's office still hasn't returned the call from last week. Our saving grace has been the compounded popsicles, and they have a refill, however it has to be authorized by the physician. Our little girl should NOT have had to suffer like this. Clearly the correct message wasn't given to the doctor. So, if you're wanting an office where phones are managed, messages are relayed as given, and solutions are provided - this isn't the place for you or anyone else. #dobetter.

I found another ENT immediately, she found that a portion of my nasal bone had broken off and lodged behind my eye socket. Not only did she remove the piece that was broken off but she stopped bleeding that was occurring from where the small piece broke off. Once I healed I went back to him to tell him what happened and he told me to "get out of his office". I am so thankful I know skeletal structure and knew that that type of bone is not in the face. Beware. He was super friendly when we first met but when I returned he showed his true character. I only wish I could give less than one star. 1/2
