John is a fast, friendly and honest mechanic. He changed my '05 Ram 1500's brake rotors (and, obviously, pads), and a leaking power steering fluid cooler. Even better, he did so in about 3 hours on a Saturday. On top of that that, he did the job for about half of what the Dodge dealer was asking (my wife) for. Also, he didn't try to rip me off with an up-sell, even though the opportunity was there...he correctly identified a few other issues (that actually were known issues). He mentioned these issues, but didn't try to pressure me to have them addressed at this time. We were received a call telling us that our brakes and rotors were still at 70%. They could have easily changed both, but rather they showed great integrity by letting us know that everything was good and nothing needed to be done. They also looked at our spare tire and re-inflated that. When we went to pick up the car, we didn't have one penny owed to them after all of the time they spent working on the car. We greatly appreciate their honesty, professionalism and their integrity and we will be returning for future maintenance and care of our vehicles.
