Answered our questions about the brewing process and what makes each beer unique. Although Boho doesn't serve food, it's connected by a doorway to Whiskey River Pizza & Pub. You order next door and when your food is ready, it's on a shelf inside their entrance for pickup. Whiskey River serves up awesome pizza, smash burgers and cheese curds. Hospitality matters to me a lot, and she made the experience feel welcoming immediately. I worked my way through quite a few beers: Hop Cuddle, the collaboration with Tall Trellis, their Mexican-style lager, Weathered Wit, Pavers Porter, and the rice lager. Every single one was excellent, but that rice lager was probably my favorite. Crisp, clean, refreshing, incredible mouthfeel -- one of those beers that disappears way faster than you planned. Weathered Wit deserves a shout too. Light tartness, citrus notes, classic Belgian yeast character, ridiculously refreshing.
