Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expect. The list could go on and on. They called the day of the appointment asking if they could come an hour early, I said great. The employee showed up and I began "showing" her (apparent language barrier) some things I wanted to make sure were cleaned (wiping out the inside of the empty kitchen cabinets). Even though there seemed to be a language barrier she made it clear she didn't have time to do that because she needed to pick her son up. She appeared a little frazzled (like all working moms) so II said ok, do what you came to do. She stayed very busy working her way through the bedrooms, kitchen and baths and was getting ready to swifter mop the living room. Thinking that the rest of the house was finished after about an hour and a half I told her to leave and go pick up her son. She finished the floor and took the $200 flat fee and left. I am not a picky person by any stretch but I went and checked and discovered she missed at least one ceiling fan and the kitchen backsplash. I called and spoke with Helen who offered the "canned" apologies.. Her solution was to send the same employee back out to my house which I refused because of the language barrier. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.
