got the soft shell crab, it was not fresh and had a horrible fishy scent. they took it back and brought back the same exact pieces of crabs we previously got but was overly cooked. they were talking in korean about how we (the customers) do not know how to eat fish. This place is very disappointing after coming here multiple times over the past three years......first off the service here is terrible, it seems as if the wait staff is in a hurry to get you out of there the moment you sit down, and if you have any questions you have to wait until they were off of their cell phones to help you out. We were here with my son and wife, my mother in law and aunt, we asked if we could switch out the California Roll for a different roll, but the manager/owner asked us why we wanted to do that and snickered at us like we were bothering her...when the sushi/sashimi combo came out ($44.99) 10 nigiri sushi, 6 slices of sashimi and a radish roll (I have gotten more on a sushi lunch combo for $20.00) and to top it off they charged us $4.65 extra for wanting something other than a Californian roll, so when we asked about it the manager said we were crazy for questioning the upcharge even though she said there will be no extra charge. My aunt, who just came from Korea said the sushi tasted like it had freezer burn and a hint of Clorox bleach....I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OVERPRICED RESTAURANT AGAIN!!! read more

Not the first time-order 1-2 times a month. Great sushi and sashimi, but stingy employees for "to go" orders. Quality is always very good, but when I order a $40 platter with enough for 2-3 people and it comes with 2 soups and 1 salad I asked for a second salad with the soup for the other person. The young guy at the register gave me an attitude, but gave it to me. I asked for extra dressing cups for the salad (sorry, but I like their dressing and use more than the little cup they give has). The register guy said that he already gave me an extra salad without charging, but gave me the dressing but with a warning on "last time this will happen". This always seems to happen-order for 2-3 people, but includes 1 soup, 2 salads, 3 chopsticks, and cheap on the stuff that should come with a meal. Sorry Well Being-3 stars for service and well-being cheap. Sushi chefs are always polite and I am happy to say thank you for their great food. read more

The rolls are made with care and quality, and visually, they look stunning. My personal favorite is the Flying Dragon Roll and they're HUGE. This is my to go sushi place. It is typical American style sushi place with ample parking. Their fish is fresh and rolls are filling and tasty. If you don't like sushi then there are hot food options from the kitchen such as udon, terriyaki, gyoza. My to go orders are the 2 or 3 roll regular roll combo or Delight Salmon Roll or Sunshine Roll. They also give few pieces of complimentary fried California Roll usually. It's a shame that the service is sup bar here because the food is really quality. I called in an order at 7:15 and on the phone, I was told it would take 20 minutes. 25 minutes later I show up, ready to eat my sushi, and they tell me it's almost done. I end up waiting another 35 in the store before I get my food. Disappointing to say the least. This is not an issue that is unique to take out orders. Most of the time when I am sitting down, I'll want more water or tea and I ask the waiter and they forget. I try to wave them down to ask again, but they seem unresponsive. I have to physically go up to them to get there attention. Also, most of the time they ha e golf playing on the tv. When I ask to change the channel to basketball, or football, or just about anything else, they say that they can't because maybe other people want to watch golf. I accepted the response, but then took a look around and realized that I was alone in the restaurant. Have been going to this place for over 7 years at least 3 times a month, and every single time I feel like I am doing the owners of this place a favor. Horrible management. The place is owned by one of the chefs and his sassy, attitude filled wife who is a waitress and is a manager as well. Literally every single time I have been there (easily over 100 times by now) she acts unprofessional, acts as if she has a chip on her shoulder, and chews gum every single time while taking our orders. Unprofessional. They hand out a little bowl of soup and a few pieces of lettuce A.K.A a salad as a complimentary favor on the house, and they use it as a power play. If you don't order enough or if you don't order to their liking, they only allow you 1 soup or 1 salad. This happens often, even when we have a table of 5-6 tables. Horrible management, horrible service as well. They seem to hire highschool aged relatives of theirs to serve as waiters and probably offer the next relative once the currently employed ones graduate highschool and leave for college. This is probably why every few months we see another 16 year old looking waiter who has absolutely no idea what they're doing. I can't even count the amount of times I've had food spilled on me by an amateur, inexperienced staff member who has no idea what they're doing. Overall, horrible place run by horrible, stubborn, and sassy people who have absolutely zero manners or care for their loyal customers. I guarantee if you go there you will understand exactly what I am talking about. Just do yourself a favor, safe yourself from frustration, and just go to a different sushi restaurant that cares about their customers. read more
