We hired Grazia Concept for the demolition on 2 floors, totaling approximately 3500 sq ft. Post demolition, plaster walls needed repairing, repainting, junk needed to be hauled and an entire 1800 sq ft of wood flooring needed to be patched, sanded and stained. The job took on an incredible pace and the finished product outstanding. Limewash for a bedroom is a bold choice with a very specific technique and they knocked it out of the park. They were very patient with my wife and I as we took our time to choose the right colors and schedule the job around our unpredictable schedules. The first time we saw the room finished we were awe struck. It turned out 100 times better than we ever thought it could have. On top of that the team was very receptive to doing any and all small, detailed touchups that we requested. George even let us live with the room for a few days to make sure we were totally satisfied, and in that time, we realized that we wanted to redo the ceiling. He and his team came back the next week and re-did the ceiling in half a day and made sure we were happy with it.
