We have a sweet 3 year old Havanees that turns into the Tasmanian devil when being groomed. Actually, when she was younger she was fired by 2 different groomers. Since that time we groomed her ourselves and honestly, we did an awful job. Well Groom Pets was recommended to us buy a neighbor but we had little faith in it working out. I dropped her off and waited for the call telling us that she isn't cooperating and to please come pick her up. 2 hr 15 min later I get a call that she was all done. Walked in the door and she looked stunning. The groomer was so sweet and said that she did amazing. Not only did she look great, the detail and specific request about paws, legs and visor were done EXACTLY the way I requested. Seriously, this place blew me away. read more

This was my first trip to Well Groomed pets and took my pup in for a nail trim; When you fist walk in it looks like a day spa for dogs and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The workers were very kind and gentle with my pup which I really appreciate because she can be skittish at times and a pain when it comes to holding still for her nails. I feel like most places don't cut her nails short enough and I have to always come back a week later. When she came out of her nail appointment I was so happy with their work! They are the shortest they have been in years and they didn't knick her in the process either. Making an appointment was so easy, you can do it on their online website and I was able to make an appointment next day. I really liked their website as you can sign up and make a profile for your pup. You can also easily upload vaccine documents through the portal too and they give you status updates via text message. Brought my golden doodle to get his first hair cut. They did an amazing job, Patti was great at the front desk, she treated us as we walked in, knew who should be coming in, she asked the appropriate questions as in vaccines and etc., the groomer Brianna came out to speak with me asking what we were looking for. I asked for a Teddy cut, she did say it might be hard due to him only being 4 months and his first cut. She did an awesome/amazing job. Since they've opened I was their first guest (I had no idea at the time) and I was so impressed by the cleanliness and attentiveness to my pet ! Don't recommend if you have a doodle. They completely shaved every part of ours. Her tail and ears were longer and both are completely shaved. They cut her eye lashes as well that were left long. There are also several places where she has little scabs where she was nicked. Paid a lot of money to be disappointed. read more

Our groomer, Diamond, did a fantastic job grooming my Bichon and my Shih-tzu mix; they look amazing! I also like that they take appointments instead of making you drop off your dog for the whole day.
