Bailey was our main service person and his partner (I wish I had his name, too!) were very respectful when they asked if they needed to take off their shoes. I appreciated that because I don't like shoes in the house. It's how I was raised. I asked if they had booties. They quickly went back to their service vehicle and got their booties for their work shoes. They had to repair our toilet seal and the cost came out to around $400. They were done in about an hour. I emphasize clean because my husband had lined the bathroom floor with towels, to sop up the spillage, and Bailey grabbed and bagged them and asked if he could throw them away because it was sewer water. My girlfriend calls back and the person that answers the phone says that I gave them the ok to come early? In which I did not. Anyways very poor communication and did not try to call us back admit they came early or at least get the estimator guy back to give a proper estimate at the time they scheduled.
