They decided to do a 2 hour delay due to weather but the only place this information was available was on Facebook. I'm not on Facebook. There was a whole line standing outside the clinic for like 40 minutes in the cold because people with appointments were not called, texted, or emailed. There was no information about the delay on the website or on the answering machine. A random woman in line saw it on facebook and then told all of us. Better communication would be helpful. That is it. My baby made it through her procedure and now she is home resting peacefully.

Yes it has been not-so-professionally hemmed, so there are 2 hem lines if you turn it out and look closely, but why in the world would I want it pressed like that?? (See image) Price was a little on the higher end, especially for dress shirts. All of their prices are online, so it's very transparent, and you're definitely paying for the convenience of a quick turnaround and the reputation of a bigger, known brand. If you have multiple dress shirts to clean each week for work, I'd definitely find a local place with better deals on those.
