I did cryotherapy, Rapid Reboot compression therapy, and PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) magnetic therapy for my back, and all of it was completely new to me. Lea's knowledge and instructions were outstanding. In the moments I felt nervous going into treatments I'd never done before, she didn't just give quick comments, she actually walked me through what to expect and helped me mentally prepare for each one. That made a huge difference. This was a 10/10 experience.
