Highly Recommended for Massage Therapy Great Communication. This was my first visit, so they texted the forms I needed to complete. I was able to fill them out from my phone. I received a text appointment reminder and since they just transitioned to a new location January 2, 2023, they gave me a call the evening before my appointment to make sure I knew to come to the new location. Their new space is located at 4637 Vincennes Blvd., Unit 10, Cape Coral, FL 33990. It was easy to find and I really liked the environment. The reception/waiting area is comfortable and large enough for several people. Check in and check out were smooth. I was taken to Room One a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. The vibe in Room One was amazing with dim mood lighting. The linens, blanket and table were very comfortable. Ailyn gave me a phenomenal 90-minute Swedish massage with consistently good pressure, seamless flow and use of a nice variety of techniques. read more

I've been coming to Wellbeing Therapeutic spa since it opened. Elizabeth Naranjo, the owner, has a large following of long term customers because the service is wonderful. She has created a simple and quiet facility and has personally trained all of the licensed therapists in her relaxing massage techniques. I love to schedule my appointments after a good workout at the gym, but any time I go the result is the same; I feel great. While the clientele is mostly women, the spa also serves men and couples. I was shocked to find such a great place on my first try in the Cape. I'm from Fort Lauderdale and get monthly massages for the last several years now. I'm very picky with my Masseuse because I need Deep Tissue always and have been in a car accident that aggravates my trapezius, lats, chest, & scapula on my left side. It's been a challenge to find knowledgeable therapists who were able to really work out some tough kinks. So far Elizabeth has been phenomenal. She was formally a fitness instructor and knows the muscles very well, she was even able to help me identify another area that was kind of causing things to be out of whack. I'm very grateful for her and for this spa and have joined their monthly membership. There is another lady that my husband had a massage with as well and I do not remember her name but she's got short blond hair! He feels that shes one of the best he's ever had. read more

Had an appointment for 9AM and no one was at the facility. I was pounding on the door and no one answered. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. I texted the phone number they suggested for an emergency and no one responded. I live across the street and walked back over and the office manager said the masseuse was there and they were going to charge me $40 late fee. She also said if I wanted to book again I would have to pay another $40. This place is a scam. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Had an incredible 90min couples massage yesterday and would HIGHLY recommend this place! They had a great little room with reclining chairs, robes and snacks. Massage started in that room with the first 20-25min spent on our feet -- perfect pressure with massage, hot towels and hot stones. Then moved to couples massage room for remaining 60min. Hot stones & warm towels also used in full-body massage portion. Ailyn was my massage therapist and she was fabulous!! Very reasonable price as well! We will definitely be back!! read more

I purchased their "90 minute deluxe couples massage" through Groupon. I emailed them to book my appointment. I purchased it on March 4th. And tried to schedule for May 10th (over 2 months in advance mind you) through their online portal. Their online bookings did not go that far out. So I emailed them. I was told I needed to call to book an appointment, BEFORE purchasing (this is no where stated on Groupon). And that I could NOT use my Groupon on May 10th because it is mother's day(again no where stated on their Groupon does it state it cannot be used on a holiday.) I was trying to use this in celebration of my two year anniversary. As soon as I sent them a screenshot of the Groupon page stating no where you needed to schedule an appointment before purchasing or that it couldn't be used on a holiday, they tried to cover their, you know what, by saying that only "certain therapists accept the Groupon vouchers and that they all are already booked." Their Groupon is miss leading and a scam if you ask me. Which is sad considering I only bought this Groupon based off of all the "raving 5 star" reviews. I will be putting a complaint in with Groupon as well. Hoping to get money back. read more
