The latest incarnation has lost all the useful features. No ebill options, and those that had ebill don't default to the expected delivery date or amount. The rest of the website is okay, nothing better or worse than any normal bank website.

The customers were much younger than at VA Medical Center where both locations veterans visit. I can't say if I would return because they made sure all customers use online banking all the time.
