7-Eleven is a convenience store that is best understood for what it is: a place designed for quick…read morestops, with a focus on snacks, drinks, and basic essentials available at almost any time of day. We walked into a space that has the typical convenience store layout, with aisles of packaged snacks and beverages, hot food counters, and a practical setup that prioritizes accessibility over atmosphere. The store serves its purpose for quick transactions, though the condition of the space and the overall feel make it clear that this is not a place meant for lingering. The food and drink selection is what you would normally expect from a convenience store. There are plenty of options for chips, candy, bottled drinks, and quick items when you need something fast, and the hot food options are available if you are looking for a late-night bite. The food is more about availability and convenience rather than quality, and the store works well for grabbing a drink or snack on the go, especially when other options are closed. The biggest issue is the condition of the store. The space feels a little worn down and could use more attention when it comes to cleanliness and overall upkeep, which gives the impression of a place that is mainly used for quick transactions rather than somewhere that feels comfortable to browse. The experience depends a lot on when you visit. During a late-night stop, the hours and accessibility are useful, but the atmosphere does not encourage staying longer than needed. Small things like cleanliness and customer service make a big difference for a convenience store, and this is where this location feels behind. For a quick stop, the store is functional and works in a pinch, particularly when other places are closed, but it is not the type of place that makes you want to spend more time than necessary. If you are looking for something specific or need a late-night snack, this 7-Eleven will do the job, but there are better convenience stores nearby if you are looking for a cleaner and more pleasant experience.

" Horrific customer service more than once , same staff member " : Please address…read more I went in yesterday at around 9:20pm on October 19, 2024. This heavy set woman with gold glasses waited; on me on the night shift. I had several negative experiences with her . Due to her rudeness, horrific customer service adequate and low emotional intelligence . She is always on the night shift on my experiences. ( this information is so you can adequately identify this employee). Today she sold me scratch tickets at around 9:20 pm. I went over to the keno area to scratch them . It took me less than 4 minutes. I went back to cash and buy another . She said at 9:24pm literally 4 minutes later. " She did me a favor by selling me the tickets" , prior because they stop selling tickets at 9:00 pm. So giving her my hard earned monies is her doing me a favor . Geez Louise ! The lack of customer service skills is horrendous. The low emotional intelligence blows your mind away . Second incident: different day I go in to get a soda and snacks . I go to the register with this same cashier , to pay . She says I have to open the safe . That I need to back away . This made me feel uncomfortable. She should lock the door and open the safe not with customers inside . Third incident: different day She tells me I need to scratch the bottom of my scratch tickets , because she doesn't get paid enough for this . She basically screamed this with other customers behind me . I felt uncomfortable. I might have left one unscratched but not all because it's not my first rodeo . Again her low emotional intelligence in her way of addressing a situation is horrific customer service. Fourth incident: This time it's not even 9:00 pm . I go to buy tickets she says they stop selling them . So if you can please address the time scratch tickets stop being sold . To have a consistency for customers like myself . This woman is putting her own policy depending on her mood . Like she gets a kick out of the control . She likes being in control . The customers are why she has a job to begin with . Please corporate or store owner humble the ego of this cashier . ( I also called the 7-11 corporate office outside the store in my car , so this hopefully is addressed because this situation with this cashier has got out of hand). Please also specify the time scratch tickets stop being sold . Thanks

I am new to the area and needed a laundromat to wash blankets and comforters. This is the third…read morelaundromat I tried (plus one other walk-through) and it is by far the best I've seen in the Metro West area. It's clean, parking was easy, and I only noticed one Out of Order sign. When I needed help, I only had to walk a few steps directly into the convenience store and the person working there came over to the laundry section to help me. Machines take credit cards directly or you can use quarters. Cost was close to what I paid at other laundromats in the area, maybe slightly cheaper. This is where I will come for all future large-item laundering. This laundromat was not even on my radar and I thought I had made a list of ALL the laundromats in the area. My neighbor happened to mention it and I'm glad she did. A note to the owners: even a minimal website or facebook page would be a good idea. I know I tend to follow up with businesses that I can check out online ahead of time. Saves phone calls too - post your hours, pics of your different machines, etc. Lack of a website could be why this one slipped through the cracks for me. It appears you might have a google site but I can't see it without logging into Google.

Welp- I'm giving one star as a congratulations for finally deciding to 'officially' become a non-24…read morehour CVS. For years now, they've claimed to be 24 hours only to show up and be walking in just to have an employee run over and lock you out, giving you a shrug and "we're closed, no staff" ‍. Super inconvenient, and even worse if you are sick and trying to get some NyQuil at 2 AM after tossing and turning with a cold for 4 hours. It's almost cruel if you've been in that position, or worse with a sick little one. Looks like hours were updated here on Yelp, but the big CVS sign out front still says 24/7, same with some GPS systems and browsers (and same with the local people who have known it to be 24 hours for their whole lives!). So just a warning, if you need a 24 hour CVS, I think Watertown is the closest option (depending on where you live). I guess it's not a bad thing they made this decision because now I have no reason to go here (I only ever went late night out of necessity and convenience being 24/7). Still understaffed as ever, still has the one employee who follows me around the whole time I'm there (as I sing my remix, "every step I take, every breath I take, you'll be watching meeee" in my head), but when I actually need help, god forbid he comes over without me begging him! He'll try to tell me "you need to come to the counter to check out the machine broken" when it's clearly not and that's not the issue I'm having...I've literally had to ask THREE times for him to just please come help me when I put my item on the scale bagging area too quickly, not quick enough, etc and just need an employee override code to finish my purchase. If you're going to follow me around and watch my every step, fine, but I at least expect you to anticipate when I'll need help & be there in a heartbeat- I can feel your breath on my neck as is! Oh, if I could give a half star, I'd give 1.5 stars JUST because of the super, super sweet older woman who has been working nights recently. She makes my day! And, she was nice enough to go out of her way to inform me of the stores new hours prior to the change, which happened quickly & with no notice. She's the real MVP. Keeps a positive attitude despite the walls caving in and the place burning to the ground- likely to catch her making an unexpectedly witty joke about it being 'lit' as the place goes up in flames around us. Will remind you to stay safe & have a great night but not to worry about her- the fires keeping her warm, anyway. She'll likely want to go through all your new coupons with you and show you which ones match up with a weekly ad deal once your done & you didn't hit "print" quick enough, so you end up with a 6 foot receipt, though, so in case of fire, take the receipt and run.
