We wondered over for our aging fur babies today. And, all I can say is; Wow! If it's your first visit, you'll receive a coupon for 40% off. We went today to purchase some drops for our German Shepherds and especially our female because she's 10 years old and since she was bred too large she's got problems with her legs, knees, and occasionally her hips, typical of the breed. It's not only with the hips and the back legs, large dogs get, Tarsi, OCD and HOD, just to name a few. And, it's just so sad to see them age. So, when we got home we only gave her one dose and it worked! She got up and spent a few hours outside, o' happy day! We also purchased her some cannabis treats and we'll have her try that tomorrow. They've got so many goodies for the connoisseur and the newbie's, just ask the staff anything, they're so knowledgeable. I have been coming here for four years. They just recently removed there loyalty points and gave a week notice. Such a bait and switch. They have no loyalty to their customers. Their manager baldd middle aged with glasses is a complete jerk. So incredibly rude and unhelpful. No care at all for the customer. I will never come back here again. I will check out cookies, jungle boys, and backpack boys down the road to see who will now receive my business and my refferals. This is so unfortunate. Shame on you manager! They are all very patient with answering my questions, they don't hesitate to address any concerns I may have, and they seek help from others if there are any issues- which I value because integrity is everything to me. Wellgreens is the best dispensary/chain of dispensaries the San Diego area has ever had. They do not flirt with customers to rip them off or attempt to get tips. Apparently the employees at this location are so soft they can't take someone talking shit back to them. This little shit at the door makes out to tell me not hit my vape in the parking lot, mind you it wasn't a weed pen, it was only a nicotine vape. I bench press more weight at the gym than this little kid telling me not to hit my nicotine pen in the parking lot, over a few hundred feet away from the door. So today I was kicked out of there for 6 months Hilarious, I have spent so much money in that shop. The good thing is that there is lots of choices where we can buy our weed in San Diego. I suggest Cookies up the street, better vibe, they actually have a rewards program at this store. I'll be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. Tip for the owner, harden up your employees if I can make one of your staff members cry, Jesus they aren't ready for the real world. I was so impressed! I went to the lemon grove one off federal ave. It took me a while to give it a chance because the outside sign and appearance of the place makes it look super small. Once you get in there it's big and nice and they have a great variety of choices of weed and edibles! I was helped by Hailey who was super bubbly and fun! One was very impatient and rushed the budtender who was checking me out off the register as she tried to explain more about the recreational vs medical taxes. I have a valid recommendation and could have saved some cash on the back end. We each purchased a couple ounces to show support for the new business as well as stock up on a good BOGO deal. Once we arrived home to take a better look at the products, we discovered all 4 jars had been packed in June, remind you it's October. The buds just are not the fresh sticky icky I've experienced for Kings Garden and other top shelf brands. For the amount of money spent, WELLGREENS did not provide us quality product.
