If I could, I would totally get the membership again. They also are not very pushy about it, and canceling the membership is not difficult. The bathrooms are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The entire vibe of the studio is calming, pleasant, and relaxing. In the background they play ocean waves, which I personally find very soothing. As far as the massage spaces themselves, they are not fully private rooms but rather individual areas separated by curtains. There is still plenty of privacy and the lighting is dim so you don't feel like people are looking at you. Of course, guests should still be courteous by silencing their phones and speaking quietly. Before your massage, there is a pre-debrief room where you talk with your therapist about any problem areas, ailments, or what you are hoping to get out of the session. Post-massage you also briefly debrief in that same room to make sure you feel good and everything went well. I would also like to clarify that I had no issue paying the cancellation fee if it was required. My concern was that I asked multiple times about the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, but that option was never offered or discussed.
