I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that it may be helpful for both future clients and the business. From the start, the experience felt a bit underwhelming. Parking was inconvenient, and I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before anyone came to get me, which ultimately cut into my massage time. Once the service began, there was nothing wrong with the massage itself, but it did not meet my expectations based on prior lymphatic drainage massages I've received elsewhere, which were far more strategic and intentional. The practitioner seemed pleasant, but the experience felt more transactional than therapeutic. The technique did not feel particularly refined or well-trained, and it lacked the precision and purpose I associate with quality lymphatic work. I was hoping to ask questions during the session, but due to a language barrier, communication was limited, and I wasn't able to fully understand what was being done or why. I genuinely wanted to love this place, especially since it's close to home and the pricing is very fair. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling like my time and money could have been better spent elsewhere. Great deal great service. I was checking around for lymphatic massage and I found OUM. I had to write a review because I'm very pleased with the service all around and the results. I took the initial $65 introductory offer. It's an hour lymphatic massage and I bought a package of 5 more after my first massage . Yadira was my masseuse. she's fabulous! Very professional, very clean And a pleasant person . Their front desk attendant was also very pleasant and it was easy to make appointments. Oum also provide parking and it's easy to find. I came across oum lymphatic while trying to find lymphatic massage mobile or near me. The prices were fair so I booked a package deal online. 4 sessions finished and what a difference its made. The OUM team is great George's is a great at communicating appointment scheduling and Julie has been a wonderful massage therapist. Julie makes you feel so comfortable and her knowledge and flow is perfect for post surgery recovery. My results are 100% better because of my massages. Post massage you can always see the difference.
