The check in women had no personable skills. Her customer service wasn't very nice. Then, we get walked into a room that had crumbs on the table. Obviously it wasn't wiped down, prior to us. The nurse came in and scared my son with the swab stick, told him she was swabbing and he would gag. Scared the crap out of my 6 year old the way she said it. He opened his mouth she attempted to swab, he moved and she said, "don't touch my hand in a rude voice". Unbelievable, the staff here. The dr came in and she seemed personable but only comment was that her hair wasn't groomed which made sense why the cleanliness of the room wasn't made important before arrival. Had to kill a couple of hours but I expect some unpredictability at a walk-in clinic, anyway. The staff was friendly & patient with my daughter, and elicited good behavior which was in turn rewarded with some small toys that left her happy instead of distressed at the visit. An especially big shout out to Dr. Michael Ungerland. (Technically, he's a PA... but, in my experience, that frequently translates to "Physician without an Attitude."). He's a champ, and I'd seek him out again. One always hopes not to need medical attention, but it's comforting to have a go-to care facility while traveling.

Prior to the inspection, I had a few questions and Jason called me and took his time addressing my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and he was very friendly and put me at ease. My husband and I were not able to attend the inspection, but I felt totally comfortable with that after speaking with him. Our realtor raved about him and she was absolutely right to rave. He did a very thorough job inspecting the house and he called us that night to discuss it, and even sent us the final report the same day, despite it being late in his time zone. When he called us to discuss it, he took his time explaining his findings and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He is very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. The report was quite detailed and contained a lot of photos which I appreciated. I felt that I had a much better understanding of the condition of the house and I feel confident proceeding with the purchase. Jason made a potentially stressful experience very easy and smooth. This will be our fourth house purchase and he has been the best inspector that we have worked with by far, please do not hesitate to use his service!

Jason came with impressive scientific equipment and determined that there were high mold levels COMING FROM OUTSIDE my apartment building. We looked at the results together (two species of non-toxic mold) and with a few air purifiers I was free of that issue. The business was supposed to be open until 5. At 3:50 they were closed. When I called to ask what was going on he was very rude. Needless to say, I will never go back there. I guess I'm just gonna pay the bill again, but I'm definitely certifying it and getting a return receipt of its delivery.
