I had tested positive for HPV, the specific strain being one of high risk for cancer-this was discovered on a brief stint living out of state so it was caught by another dr. I wanted my Pap smear done every year as to keep an eye on it, but Dr Madan insisted it was unnecessary, that I should stick to the every 3 year protocol. This never sat well with me. Fortunately I switched jobs shortly after, and went to a different Dr who gladly gave me a Pap smear. Turns out I had cervical cancer. Needless to say, I think that was extremely negligent care to refuse me one in the first place.

The staff is all incredibly kind and welcoming from the welcome desk to the nurses and doctors. When it came to treatment, the staff here listened to my needs and offered amazing advice and options. Without going into much detail, I can positively say Dr. Jessica May has significantly helped me. They've cancelled…read moremy appointments, forgotten about me in the lobby, and made me wait over 30 minutes past scheduled times--more than once. Today was the last straw. I was five minutes past their "grace period" after having to reschedule because they cancelled my previous appointment, and the provider refused to see me. The lack of consideration is unbelievable. It's clear they don't value their patients' time or wellbeing. They also charge for multiple visits if you mention an additional concern--like a sleep issue--during a physical. It feels like they care more about billing than about care. I would strongly recommend finding a different practice that respects your time and treats you like a person, not a payment.

Even more concerning was the behavior of the nurse. She was rude, dismissive, and refused to answer any of my mother's questions. Shockingly, she even asked my mother, "Why did you come here?" as if my mother didn't already have a confirmed appointment with a clear reason for her visit. This level of disrespect, laziness, and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and care should be the standard. It's deeply upsetting how incompetent and inconsiderate some healthcare providers have become. Facilities like this should not be operating if they can't provide basic decency and respectful treatment to patients. What could Improve?
